Great experience working with Key Inspection Services!
I made a scheduling error when setting up the appointment and the folks at Key (Kyla, Mike, and John) went above and beyond to make sure I got the inspection done promptly. Inspection process was thorough. I was able to meet with Mike and John at the end of the inspection and debrief the initial results and recommendations. The written Inspection Report was turned around quickly, was easy to navigate, and provided direct recommendations on items identified. Would definitely use Key again for inspection needs.

Alex came out to inspect the condo I'm buying. He was thorough, knowledgable, professional, friendly and patient. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I could get ahold of him if I had more. Mike went above and beyond! We were getting our warranty inspection and as first time home buyers we had a lot of questions and concerns. He was very thorough and talked us through everything! He even gave us a little booklet to help us out with things around the house (maintenance, water heater, emergency shut off, etc.). He provided a very detailed report with pictures and explanations and was extremely friendly and professional! I would highly recommend Mike and Key Inspection Services to everyone.

Brandon was prompt, very kind and actually quite a joy to have for our inspection. He was very thorough and informative. Will definitely be calling for him on our next inspection! Only downside.. the folks handling the phone calls were hard to hear as their phone kept cutting out and they didn't come across very friendly. I also had made it very… cleat that it was both sides of a duplex and when the inspector showed, he had no idea so some one didnt't communicate. Shout out to Brandon from Key Inspection Services for a stellar inspection experience in Seattle! Everything from the appointment confirmation, the actual inspection to the great follow-up emails was a classy experience.
