My name is Charles (Chuck) Fuda, owner and lead inspector here at Pacific Northwest Home Inspections. I have spent over 20 years of my life in the construction industry. During that time I have learned about every aspect of a home, how it works, and repairing issues with my own two hands. My family has had Chuck do three inspections and each time he was thorough, unhurried and pointed out things that needed to be addressed soon, could be put off for awhile or no, this is fine. He also offers a written report if you need it or a verbal as you go through the inside and outside of the property. In my opinion, you can't go wrong with PNW Inspections.

I was recently looking in to purchasing a home and Chuck ended up being the inspector at 2 of the many properties I saw. He was so honest and made sure I understood any issue he pointed out in his report. He even reached out after he was done with his report to make sure I didn’t have any follow up questions. Chuck was an absolute lifesaver. He was able to squeeze us in for an inspection, extremely thorough, explained everything in detail and I can't begin to explain how impressed I was about his knowledge of homes. We didn't end up relocating to Washington but if i ever get the chance to buy property up there im using him again! He is a true professional and Master of his trade.

Chuck was a pro and we had a good experience with him. He agreed to do our inspection last minute and also agreed to come again for time of our convenience when the home was not ready to be inspected. Chuck not only does the inspection but also explain everything in the house as he goes.
