At Protection Home Inspection, I provide a variety of residential and condominium inspection. I utilize the latest technology available to provide peace of mind that the home you select is safe, and free of major defects. After the inspection I take the time with clients to explain in detail everything in the inspection report.
John was phenomenal. He was a true professional and you could tell he really knew this industry from the inside out. John followed a detailed routine and informed us and annotated in his report every single detail, no matter how small they were. He included plenty of photos for our reference and records, even if they were satisfactory or non issues.

John did an incredible job on our home inspection. He was very thorough and was happy to answer all of our questions. As first time home buyers, we were new to the process and John took the time to give us a walk through of the report and explain every item on the list. Once the inspection was complete, John was very responsive in the days following to answer further questions. Highly recommend!

This was our first home inspection, and being that we've never owned property, trusting our home inspector to be thorough and answer all our questions was a really scary thing. John came in and made us feel immediately comfortable. He told that he'd do the run through of the house and then we'd all go around together and he'd show us and explain EVERYTHING on his inspection. Getting to physically see all of the imperfections with the house made us feel really knowledgeable and made the really big purchase a little less intimidating. He even had pictures to show us for areas we couldn't reach together

John was a true professional. He was did a thorough job and made sure to look over every inch of the house and crawl space. After the inspection he answered all of our questions and we never felt like he was rushing us. Was very helpful providing cheap and easy ways we could fix things on our own as well. Great experience and we would hire him again no question.

John was really helpful and told me what to do to fix the problem. He even offered to help me attach the piece that needs fixing, if I can't figure it out. He was thoughtful and answered all my questions. His recommendation for a sound proof window will be a game changer for the road noise. Very happy I got to have my future home inspected by him and feel more at ease with buying it now.

He inspected the home thoroughly, especially the attic and the crawl space. The patience with which John answered all my questions was commendable. Being a first time home buyer I did not know a lot of things that one has to do to maintain a home, John gave me helpful tips and suggestions around those. On a personal note as well he is very fun to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. Great experience and I would again hire John in a blink of an eye.
