So this is the first time we actually looked into renting a home after living an apartment lifestyle for a decade and a half – we were unsure about renting a home, especially considering the potential extra burdens like lawn maintenance, filter checks, and the apprehension of actually moving into a place that a person owns as opposed to owned by a company.

Helping clients find a home is my duty. My client submitted an application with the company back in November and no one ever reached out to him. They claim that they emailed and that a phone number was not provided. I am certain that his number was provided as well as the emergency contact information. I email the company once and the supervisor claims that she emailed back on the same day. I asked her to forward the email and I did not receive anything. It is very disappointing to have to explain that to my clients because they are over qualify even to buy a home yet they just don't want to buy

This company has disgusting business practices. I applied for a place that I was certainly qualified for on June 23rd. I received a quick response email that I needed to provide proof of employment and I promptly provided that documentation. Despite having alerted the company that time was of the essence regarding my relocation to Georgia, they waited SIX days to inform me that another qualified tenant had been chosen. I was given an option of transferring my application to another property. The property that I applied for was $1300/mo and the sole option that they provided me for transferring

The staff was very polite, and their response time to emails was very quick. However, I did not like the fact that their website states that there is not a credit score minimum requirement to qualify when applying for a house, yet I was denied based on my credit score being too low. My credit score is approximately 520, due to no established credit in the past ten years. But my income is greater than 5x the monthly rent. I asked if I could add a co signer or grantor, plus was willing to pay 3x the security deposit AND prepaid the first 3 months of rent in advance. I was shocked when they told me

I have been renting from Solid Source/Rental Home Atlanta for almost 3 years now and have been very pleased with my experience. Maintenance issues are resolved so fast and efficiently(Thanks Michelle & team!), the staff is kind and helpful, and the property has been great for my little family. I know most people only leave reviews complaining. I am currently in classes to obtain my Real Estate License. As I was studying realized what a great job my property management company does and just had to give them a shout out. Great job guys! Keep up the great work!

I paid a deposit of $850 and they are attempting to keep $600 for blinds that were already dirty and cracked when we moved in along with carpet damage from an on-going mold issue and a toilet that was already stained when we moved in, holes in the wall that we simply covered with tape that could be painted over. They seem to take deposits and never put any of the money back into the property. I am in process of filing a suit against them. I would suggest not ever dealing with them. It is unbelievable how they operate. They trump up charges. I only wish I'd read the reviews before I signed the lease
