No, we don't. If you need to drop off rent or any other paperwork you'll need to come during our normal business hours. We advise that you remove all personal belongings and clean the house thoroughly including floors, walls, trim, windows, bathrooms, counters, cabinets, appliances. All carpets should be shampooed.

Richard did a great job handling my property very well right from leasing to selling the house. He is very transparent that's one of the main reason I have requested him to sell the property as well. The good thing I like about Richard is he looks at the property both from owner/tenant and buyer/seller perspective and comes up with solution that is fair on both sides. Richard is an incredibly professional agent. For the three homes that he helped find for me, he went above and beyond what most agents would do. Seeing as how I am an out of state investor, Richard went out and did a video tour of each property to give me a better sense as to the condition of the house. He also provided invaluable information on his thoughts on each investment and what the rental opportunities would be for each. I've been renting from Powerhouse Property Management for over a year now and I can't tell you how awesome it is to be able to live in a professionally managed house. My landlord Richard is extremely professional and responsive. I've lived in houses with absent landlords and it's so nice knowing that my maintenance requests will actually be followed through on.
When the property owner for my last house sold the place, Richard was extremely accommodating in helping me move out. I found an amazing new place but when I found the landlord would be in Turkey for an entire year, we got him to have Powerhouse
