Great family oriented and local auto body shop. The job was not covered by insurance, and they did their best to come up with a cost friendly solution. 3-4 thousand dollars under the dealers estimate. They estimated 2 weeks and returned the car back within 10 days. Unfortunately there was a miscommunication on the job flow sheet, in which I had to return the vehicle back to the shop. They were happy to fix this in a day. Vehicle looks brand new, washed, waxed and tires shined. Would use DeLongs in the future if needed. Thank you!

They have had our car for a month and a half now. They claim to be waiting on parts from Subaru every time we call. We are not given any updates unless we call them, and they refuse to call the insurance company to let them know that the repairs that would only take until June 23rd have not been done due to waiting parts. The rental car company was only paid for by insurance until June 23rd because that is what they were told. They will not cover the cost of the additional rental car days, because they have not been told anything new by the mechanic shop which refuses to call USAA. What seemed

I went to De Long's instead of the 'recommended' shops my insurance suggested, and I very glad I did. They evaluated the damage in great detail and helped point it out to the insurance adjuster. The repairs were done quickly and perfectly. My TL looks brand new again! Steve and Bob are great people and easy to work with.
