Wonderful. Had not had an accident on over 30 years, they walked me through the entire repair process. Made sure my rental was ready. Car looks great, washed, cleaned inside and out. Put up with my calls. Could not have been better.

Highly recommend Armando's! They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and stayed in constant communication with me. They also cleaned my vehicle before returning it to me and I was given additional cleaner and touch up paint if I were to need it. They offered to touch it up for me if I did not feel confident to do it myself. I couldn't be happier with the results and service. I hope to never need their services again yet if I do, I will 100% be returning here. Thank you!

My absolute favorite body shop. I’ve had some bad luck and had 3 cars serviced there and can’t even tell the cars ever had damage. Also they clean the car inside and out and make it look better than it was before your wreck. I definitely recommend this place

I needed some body and paint work on my vehicle after it had been hit. It’s very simple, no would get my business but Tom at Armando’s! He is a class act. He takes pride in his work and makes sure his customers are taken care all the way through the process. They do absolutely the highest level of work and pay attention to every detail. They stand behind their work and you will not be disappointed. Tom is an extremely honest businessman and I would recommend him in every way.

Tom and his staff were a pleasure to do business with. They separate themselves from their competition from their personal attention they give you. Dealing with Tom (the owner/estimator), is like talking to your favorite uncle. He is very pleasant, personable, knowledgeable, and professional. I started by calling to see if they had time for a same day estimate which they did. I was given an estimate that day with an estimated turnaround time for the same day. I had to get the front bumper replaced, fog light, fog light cover, and fender also replaced. Simple deposit system to order the part and received a call when the parts were in a couple days later. As promised, everything was fixed and replaced and back to me on the same day and they even offered a ride to and from my home for the day which I used. Excellent job on my car!! Accidents can be very stressful, but at Armandos they really made me feel comfortable and confident that they would take care of it. Every thing was explained and they also take care of dealing with the insurance company very well. They were willing to work with my unique circumstances too. My car looks brand new now.

Our insurance company referred us to Armando's over 25 years ago, and we have been using them exclusively ever since for all our auto body needs. Tom and everyone at Armando's provide excellent customer service, attention to detail, and definitely goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction. This is the reason we just travelled over 100 miles from our new home in Middleton to have our Benz fixed.

They charged 40% over estimate. They also botched the paint color and than painted the rear panel and driver door to blend in the botched color. Hired to repair dent on only the rear drivers side door on newer charcoal gray car with 6k miles. Drivers side now looks silver gray. It should be a charcoal gray. They only needed to paint the rear door. It now has to go to a professional to be completely repainted.

I was leasing a vehicle and had a dent and a scratch on my car and took it to Armando's before the lease was up and they did an excellent job! The service was wonderful and I was very happy with how my car looked afterwords. It was good as new! The pricing was good and I don't have any complaints. They do a great job over at Armando's and I don't think I'll ever take my car anywhere else in the future for body work.

Top notch service and communication. Rate find to have both of these. Tommy the owner follows up with every customer and made us feel like we were the only/first customer he'd ever had! But they've been around for years and have a great reputation! We wouldn't go anywhere else and will highly recommend.

This was by far the best body shop experience I have ever had. Frank was great from the start and Tom the owner was the best. My car had Substantial front end damage and it took 7 work days to get my car back. They worked closely with my insurance company to make sure everything was replaced appropriately. Thanks Again for the great customer service. I would recommend them ten fold.

I have needed collision repair on my 2010 Honda Civic. I love my car and I am very particular about keeping it in great shape. Three times my car has been hit. I brought it to Tom at Armando's the last two times. The first repair shop, recommended by my insurance company, had to repair the area twice to meet my satisfaction. Armando's, on the other hand, did superb jobs on the last two repairs! Both times the paint match and finish were factory perfect.
