We offer a free property evaluation upon execution of the management contract.

The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.
Pets are not allowed without our permission. When pets are allowed, an additional pet fee of typically $200 is required for each cat, dog, or other animal. Any damage above and beyond the pet deposit remains the tenant's responsibility. The pet deposit is used to offset the costs of a mandatory steam cleaning that is done on your carpet after the Residents vacate.
We would like to thank you for renting a property from us and hope we provided the best service possible. If walls have excessive damage outside of "normal wear and tear" you will be charged the full amount to patch and paint those walls. Carpets must be cleaned prior to moving out - you will be charged the full amount of cleaning if not done properly.

Very unprofessional! Only communicated through text and we’re constantly unresponsive. Also kept trying to accuse me of lying on my application, and when i would prove them wrong they just would not respond back. Very sad and disappointed because i was very interested in one of their apartments. Hope to get some things cleared up with them as i’m still interested.

I have moved into one of their properties on July 1st 2021. They have been nothing but kind, maintenance is always done right away. I am shocked at the low ratings . Karen is very kind in the front office. Abraham the maintenance Man is right on top of all requests. I will stay here forever if possible. Thank you Claritas Properties.

I live at there Maple Park complex and I’ve been here for 2 years now. This was my 1st time renting and let me just say Isiah made it Super easy. My application process was quick and before I knew It I was moving in. I can honestly base my experience on how convenient the location is and the help I got from Isiah. He was always honest, prompt and cared about my needs, I truly felt like he was looking out for me. My family has been living in the Geneva apartments for a few years now and when we first moved here it was a nightmare because of the old manager Austin but not long after they went through a few rounds of staff and finally came across Isiah. Since he came along things were nice and smooth and if there were any issues at all it was easy to get a hold of him. Isiah was very kind, friendly, and professional. The apartment complex has recently been sold to a new property management company but thanks to my experience I would recommend Property Management to others.

I resided in the lemont properties for 2 years, when we first moved There it was a mess with the old management. Then Isaiah was in charge and everything started to go a lot more smoothly in regards to issues being solved. He was always very responsive and understanding. He would awnser any questions I had and worked with me when there was an issue. Things were a lot more organized Forsure. I liked living there and I would have stayed but the only down side was parking, there is not enough parking Space for residents and residents didn’t respect the ONE car parking rule, they would take advantage

I lived at Maple Apartments for 10 years. Building was old but rent was low and property manager always took care of any maintenance issues. Property was sold and managed by Claritas Property Management. They went to work renovating apartments and needed some more so I received my notice to vacate premises. Could care less that I was there for ten years, always rent on time, never caused any problems. During this time I tried to reach out to them via email and phone messages. No response to anything until it was time to give me back my security deposit. Then we have a voice! This property management

This has got to be the WORST management company ever! The fire alarms have been going off since 9am this morning and I am writing this at almost 7 o'clock. They are not returning phone calls or accommodating their residents during this time. The alarms have been going off for 10 hours. The residents here have children and pets! How is this acceptable? All of the neighbors here are extremely upset. The woman below me with Alzheimer's simply cannot take it. Then they send an email at 6 o'clock saying they're sending someone out there to fix it? After it's already been how many hours? Ridiculous.
