Dr Ross (the daughter) is knowledgeable and friendly. Made the whole process enjoyable for my daughter. Staff is great. Took time to help us with an insurance question that saved us considerable $. Excellent all around.

I went to their office this morning and was treated so rudely by the front desk person. I don’t think she would have acknowledged me. This woman was older with a short hairstyle, gray. She didn’t acknowledge me. Another associate that was finishing up with another customer on the other side of the office, saw I was standing there so long she came over to help me. I told this associate that I was here for a 10am appointment. I had made the appointment online and received a confirmation. The younger associate told me that they didn’t have me down for an appointment. She was really nice. She

Staff is educated and polite, appointment times are honored, which is important to me, and the offices and exam rooms aren’t freezing, which is a big plus! Exam rooms and greeting areas are very clean, and bright!Very consumer oriented..! I had a mishap involving the sharp corner of a paper bag and my eye. I don't have an eye doctor so I didn't know who else to call. Dr. Stephanie Ross and the entire staff were excellent! They took great care of me, put a bandage contact in and my eye healed up in less than two days. If I needed regular eye care I'd highly recommend them.

I've been seeing Dr. Bloom at Ross Eyecare for 24 years. He's wonderful and knows what he's doing. I wouldn't trust my eyes with anyone else. Dr. Bloom has been our eye doctor for many years. My wife & I always feel, when we come for our annual exam, we get a thorough exam. Dr. Bloom explains everything so we can understand it. Serious attitude problem with younger receptionist. She lacks professionalism in both her appearance and attitude. Grossly unprofessional and just downright nasty attitude in what should be a customer service position. So sad that such ignorance exists today.
