This was my first visit with Dr. Davison. First the online scheduling was quick and easy. When I arrived, I didn't have to wait long to be seen. When I spoke with Dr. Davison, I learned more about my eyes and eye health with this one visit than I have in my 30 years of wearing glasses. Everyone in the office was very professional and I was impressed with the COVID safety protocols. Highly recommended!

Dr. Janelle is great! I really appreciate how she shows whats going on with my eyes by presenting me with visuals, making it easy for me to understand. She's very knowledgeable and it's evident that she loves her job and is dedicated to helping others. The staff is welcoming and the office is really nice! I would recommend her to anyone!

I loved the ambiance of the office. Dr. Janelle did an outstanding job with my eye exam. She was very informative regarding my prescription and the health of my eyes. I'm moved to Marietta in the summer of 2020, and dreaded having to find new doctors. I looked on my insurance website to find options close to me, and I went to an eye doctor that I just did not care for. I'm terribly disappointed to write a negative review.. I've referred others here and all but to find out that they moved and we got no email, call or mail flyer inviting us (a family of 5) to the new location. I shouldn't have to Google if the business has closed to find out they've moved.. I guess we weren't valued enough as customers to be invited to the new location. I know for a fact, we spent well over $1000 on glasses, not even including the cost of our visits.

New patient here who has worn glasses and contacts all my life in need of a new physician. This was one of the best experiences I've ever had with an eye exam and consultation. It was so easy to schedule an appointment online with their effective use of technology. The staff is very professional, organized and friendly. Dr. Davison knows and loves her craft and has great "bedside manner". All of this made for a pleasant and productive appointment. I would definitely recommend Brilliant Eyes Vision Center.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The doctor explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable with her. The technician was great. My eye exam was very thorough and I appreciated all of the cleaning steps. Everyone was also wearing masks. It was a breeze to pick out some frames that I liked and the kind woman working the desk helped find all of the things I could do with my insurance. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I absolutely recommend Brilliant Eyes for all of your eye concerns. Dr. Janelle and staff are very through in explaining diagnosis, treatment and insurance/non-insurance coverage options. Dr. Davidson is always so nice and professional. You can tell that she really cares for her clients. The staff also cares when picking out my glasses they made sure to take into account all the factors from price to designs to the way that they sit on my face. Overall just a very positive and professional atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

On 10/4, I went to the office with an outside prescription to purchase glasses. I don't have vision insurance and used my care credit card. I paid $413 for progressive glasses (my glasses have never been cheap). Anyway, I received a text on 10/17 to pick up my glasses. I picked them up on 10/18. They were loose when I tried them on, so the manager adjusted them and advised me to allow 14 days to adjust to the new prescription. Standard advice

Dr. Janelle will TAKE CARE of you!!! I came in wanting to try contact lenses again because a previous eye doctor fit me in lenses that didn't even work for my eyes. I have tried contact lenses many times, going through almost every brand of daily lenses and not finding anything that suits me. Dr. Janelle took the time to take some measurements of my eye to figure out what the best fit would be and why the other ones I've tried haven't been working. Come to find out, my pupils are slightly larger than the normal person's eye!!! With that info, she was able to fit me in lenses

I have came here a few times and there is always a wait. I'm actually typing this as I sit in the office waiting for my son to be seen for almost an hour and half to see the doctor. To me it doesn't matter how good the Doctor is, when they have no respect for other people's time, they are a bad doctor. I will be canceling my other appointment for myself and never returning.
