We are full-time RVers and this is one of the best parks we've stayed at. Nice well maintained family and dog friendly resort that was a little bubble of tranquility for the surrounding area's hussle. The grounds and facilities were clean and well kept. With 2 heated pools, a hot tub, playground, fitness center, basketball 1/2 court, sand volleyball court, tennis court separate small dog and large dog fenced area with enough room to actually play fetch and more, there was something for everyone. I work remotely and the Verizon and T-Mobile service was great and had enough bandwidth for multiple

Overall we enjoyed our visit but there were some hiccups. Customer service is lacking at this resort. We don't usually bother customer service on our trips but due to the air condition messing up and no parking passes in our room, we had to get some help. No one seemed to want anything to do with guest. The only helpful people there were security. This resort is a bit confusing as well. We were wandering around a bit before we figured out how to get to the beach access. (Go to elevator and hit b. There are vending machines hidden down there as well).
Now for the positives. The view is obviously

We loved staying here for our trip! The view from our balcony was amazing. Having Starbucks, an ice cream shop, and the bar on site was great. The resort as a whole was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was due to a few rude employees who definitely need to be out of the customer service industry plus the elevators were more hassle than they were worth most of the time.

We are staying at Club Wyndham which shares space with Emerald Beach Resort. We are Wyndham owners. The 1 bedroom deluxe suite was on the 23rd floor and had large patio overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The facility was spotless. Everyone was wearing masks and social distancing. The staff went over and above duties to be helpful - making delivery suggestions when asked and opening the deck doors which had nothing wrong with them other than too heavy for my wife to budge. Due to COVID, there is no valet parking or activities but bellhop couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. There was live music
