What an amazing company! I started looking for caskets online and had a lot of questions. I found a couple that I liked, but wanted to see them in person. I contacted express caskets (a sister company) and Scott sent me a video of one of the caskets.
The time came to actually buy the casket. I had learned that my loved one needed an extra-large casket. Reader Beware is a statement that everyone should live by providing they are purchasing something online. I lost my wife on October 24,2016. Her passing was not sudden, thus I have been researching online casket purchase for some time. Myself and family had narrowed to two caskets and I sent both to my children. It took all of about thirty seconds for my son to say, Dad, have you checked these people out?? He stated that there are at least 25 consumer complaints with the BBB, this year alone.
