I've been the Director here since 2008. I have built some of my fondest memories here with the children. My hope is to give your children the same lasting memories and a place to call home away from home. As the Director you will find me behind the scenes, constantly working hard to improve the quality of care and education we provide your children.

Our Pre-Kindergarten is a colorful place where the children explore, discover, and experience wonderful themes, concepts, and ideas. The curriculum is focused on preparing each and every child for what lies ahead-kindergarten! We believe in an approach of learning through fun-filled activities. Our spacious classroom allows for wonderful learning centers where the children can explore interesting concepts.
The children experience the world around them through music, movement, and stories. They begin to learn their ABCs and 123s through song and repetition. The children recognize shapes and colors through art projects and games. Art projects are designed to encourage each child's creative expression and sensory exploration.
As babies develop, socialize and begin speaking, the activities will support and reflect age appropriate opportunities by encouraging them to reach their individual milestones. Our job is to form bonds that will encourage them to grow and develop in a positive & healthy way. Each child will follow their own individualized schedule which will be documented and communicated daily.

I am so happy I chose this school for my 3 year old son. I toured a lot of schools. I was set to begin the school year at a different school, when my son did not have a positive experience there for summer camp. I lost my deposit at the other school , but have no regrets after seeing such a difference in my child at LICC.
They have done an amazing job helping me to potty train my child. The education part of the school is also very good. LICC is both a daycare and preschool. I was concerned that the academic part would be less comprehensive than a school that was strictly a preschool. This is

I'm not sure how I found LI childcare, but I'm so thankful I did. My daughter started going here when she was in kindergarten and now my son goes for his toddler class. He has learned so much attending there. The staff is wonderful and it's good to know that in my absence my child is cared for with love.

LI Child Care & Camp Greenbrook won my vote one spring day while I was in the middle of "interviewing" a total of 8 daycare centers. The moment I walked in, while care was in progress, I immediately felt "it."… Every mother knows that feeling. The feeling that your child will be well cared for - even though you trust no one 😉... the feeling that your child will receive the best/most appropriate education while being cared for - even though you are the only one that can teach your child everything they need to know 😉... the feeling that everything will be OK - even though

I highly recommend Coram Child Care! I have had the pleasure for over 30+ years of attending both as a Parent and Grandparent, all of the Holiday Celebrations and Graduations. Peter and his Staff will go above and beyond with each and every child bringing out their best potential. My children and Grandchildren loved their time spent at the Center. Thank you!

We live on the same street so when we moved here in 1994 we sent our 5 yr old to day care here before and after school and then to summer camp across street from the day care building. Fast forward 17 years and… that same son's own son age 2 started here in the Toddler Program, the Nursery Program, then the full day Pre-K program all the while going to their summer camp during the summer breaks. Great staff, excellent curriculum. Now my grandson has a chance to go to Cub Scout camp program out in Baiting Hollow doing boating, hiking etc. I thought he'd jump at the change but no .... He adamantly
