Kids of Miller Place is a locally owned and operated, NYS licensed, childhood enrichment center offering programs for children 18 months through 10 years of age. Whether it's Toddler, Preschool, School-Age Before/After Care, Vacation Camps, or our exciting Summer Program, we are committed to providing personal, attentive care to your child throughout their childhood years.
Quality childcare and learning begins with quality programming. At Kids of Miller Place, each child receives the personal attention that will allow them to progress from the tentative beginning toddler to the confident secure child who is ready for Kindergarten and beyond. Kids of Miller Place uses the award winning Pinnacle Early Childhood Curriculum and follows the NYS Pre-kindergarten Foundation for the Common Core.
A remarkable milestone is reached as a child enters this stage of development. The ability to communicate is expanding and their need for independence and exploration is begining to emerge. In our nurturing and secure environment, we will help your child develop the language and social skills necessary for their formative preschool years ahead, all while having fun.
THREES: Socialization, confidence and self esteem are emphasized in our three year old program. At this age children begin to ask amazing questions about the world around them, and we help them to find answers through exploration, experimentation, and conversation. Our goal is for your child to develop the skills that will enable them to approach new situations and learning with an excitement that will carry forward to their school years ahead.
The Kids of Miller Place Preschool Summer Session is an educational adventure filled with summer fun. Specifically tailored to preschool ages, our summer program will challenge, inspire, and entertain your child all day long. Snacks, refreshments, towel service, arts & crafts, activity materials, and sports equipment are all provided.
