Nick did a great and thorough job with our inspection. He arrive early (on Saturday) and worked efficiently to go through the entire home. He went through the report at the end and explained his process and specific things he found as he inspected as well. Our report was emailed to us the next day and very detailed about each repair, etc. We are pleased with our experience and will recommend Ace Inspections to any one needing home inspection services.

Drew at Ace Inspections was very professional and courteous, took time to explain everything included in the inspection (as well as items that were not), and thoroughly answered all of our questions. He was very careful and methodical and took his time to really look at every aspect of the home we wanted to purchase. Our inspection took a little longer than he’d originally stated, and we were grateful for it because he had taken such extra care, and even was able to accommodate a last-minute request for a radon test. We are much more comfortable with going ahead with our home purchase now!

These guys are amazing! Ace Home Inspections was suggested to me by my realtor and I am so happy I went with them. Drew was very professional and thorough, taking a lot of pictures and notes, and I felt very comfortable with him as he walked me through the house. He arrived before and stayed later than the allotted time, which was definitely not a negative in my book but gave me peace of mind. Drew was amazing! He took his time to walk through the home with my fiance and I and detailing everything he noticed and what the concerns he would have with the house, though there wasn't much to note. He was early to arrive and extremely professional and personable the entire time and encouraged us to walk with him though the entire inspection so we wouldn't miss anything at all. I would highly recommend Ace Home Inspections to anyone buying a home that wants a great, honest, affordable, and professional experience.
