My wife and went with Frank as an independent home inspector during our house buying process a couple years back. He was incredibly thorough, honest, and fairly priced. Added bonus he came equipped with a card swipe on his phone to make the payment process all the easier.

One year after purchasing, I regret going with this inspection company. I'm a first time home owner and purchased when I was 22. I'm generally a pretty educated consumer but the home buying process was a little overwhelming and fast paced so I was hoping to rely a bit the inspector. I've had to fix four major problems that could have easily been disclosed. Instead of a crack in the siding, I'd like to have known that most of my plumbing was running up hill causing it to back up. Instead of telling me a specific outlet didn't work, I would have liked to known the major defects in my electrical box
