Bob has inspected 2 houses for us and he has done a fantastic job each time. Booking him was very easy and efficient and he was on time both times. The inspection was very thorough. I was able to accompany him and he freely discussed his findings with me and offered some potential solutions for issues we found. We ONLY work with A-1 Home Inspection.
They made the stressful and laborious task of making our very first home purchase much easier. Bob was punctual and arrived on time and was very thorough when inspecting our home. He pointed out concerns to us, and gave insight on solutions as he inspected the home. He is also very friendly!
