Before applying I called and asked if they were felony friendly. (I have a felony theft from 3 years ago) The ladies said yes and I drove to apply. 3 months have passed and still no employment. I’ve been calling and they say they couldn’t find my application or anything. When I asked if I can go do another one, they said their system was down and couldn’t print another one. They’ve called me 3-4 times for the same job that I can’t take bc of my background. They call me and say “we have this forklift job,”then hit me with “ oh, you have a felony.” Very unprofessional and very rude
