Service was great. Waitress could've smiled more but she was very attentive.
I ordered pad thai to go for my hubby but I've had it before and its fabulous.
For myself I ordered hibachi shrimp with fried rice and it comes with veggies on the side too. It comes with side salad with some kind of peanut dressing. Yummy. Miso soup as well. To make authentic, i got hot green tea. Wish I could've brought it home. It was all very filling and absolutely delicious. I feel like a stuffed turkey right now. LOL.

When i've been here previous times it has been very good but i called around two and asked if they offered bento boxes and the lady said lunch hour was over at 2..so i had to buy dinner entrees so i got vegetable tempura and a california roll and it smelled very fishy and everything was soggy and seemed spoiled!! Will not go again.

AMAZING vegan/vegetarian sushi options their veggie gyoza (dumplings) soooo good and they got a new roll the peanut and avocado and its sooo good!! My go to sushi place.

Best Sushi in the area. Cost more than other places but it’s worth it. I love everything they make but I recommend the tuna lover roll.

Good here has historically been very good - this time -nope- service marginal and food unpleasant and lacked flavor- kids liked it because it was so bland / the green tea smelled fishy- literally -not a good meal which cost me a days pay - crossed off my list of local restaurants

Steak was chewy and undercooked. Tossed in the trash. Portions are not comparable to the prices charged. Paid $20 for tough steak and half a cup of rice. Sadly disappointed!

Didn't get a chance to try the sushi but our two dishes where OK. Service was very good. Has a lot of potential and hope they find it.

Hello lunch time sushi!! I was in a rut and needed a little mid day pick me up so I decided to try Bell hut for lunch! They have quite a few different lunch specials that the locals from surrounding business parks enjoy! I decided to try the three roll sushi special with a Thai tea. My order arrived within minutes. My tea was great and the sushi was alright. Overall it's a nice spot for lunch and I would be open to trying other items on the menu.

Best sushi in the Richmond area! Their other food is amazing as well. The staff is friendly and kind.

Sushi was excellent and well presented.. Large chunks of tuna.. Not all you can eat and expensive.. Summer Blossom, Out of Control, and Valentine were the rolls we tried.. They charged 1$ for each roll cream cheese was added to.. 50$ for two people to eat 3 rolls.. Taste was good and food was fresh.. water did run out and service was slow.. Overall average

Why am I eating SALAD out of a METAL container??? This is hot food container for things like tempura. The salad usually comes in a larger styrofoam container to help stay cold. This is just one example of this restaurant changing out serving sizes for smaller portions while also charging the same amount for the item. Bait & switch tactic. I used to tip them even for takeout but now when I go there they get no tips, ever.

Great food, creative sushi with unique flavors, quick / well organized pick up. A little restaurant next to the Food Lion and a delight. Delicious shrimp hibachi box. Gotta try their roll made of thinly sliced cucumber skin (no rice, no seaweed).

We always love this spot so much! Delicious sushi, great service, reasonable prices. The owners have told me to go more often in the winter as they can bring in a broader variety of fish from further away when the weather is cooler.

Delicious variety of sushi plus a lot of other choices. Twin Mango with chicken and shrimp was awesome. Genuine Japanese soft drinks, beer, and even a Shirley Temple.
Even my lucky cat followed me here too. After COVID even the cat was fat! Hahaha

I got a few specialty rolls, they were good, along with the Sashimi tuna. But the tempura was soft and mushy, not crunchy at all. I couldn't eat it, had to throw it away. I do not recommend the tempura. I'll eat there again but I'll be more careful of what I order.

Best Asian food in the Richmond area and it's not even close!! We've had everything from apps to dinners and everything in between and have never once had a bad meal! Best sushi in Richmond! Just eat here, you won't be disappointed!

Delicious food choices!! Great place with many options. I have not been disappointed in trying new things.

Terrible customer service, called the day before to make sure they did dine in was told they start at 4pm, took alittle over an hour drive to get there only to find out that they require reservations which was not mention in any way over the phone, communicated this to the waiter who spoke with I would assume the manager/owner who wouldn't even speak with us and had this sour look on her face like that was our problem for their lack of communication on their rules.

I live right near Bell Hut and I am glad they are here. Great hibachi and Chinese/Thai cuisine. Sushi is also good. Whether you get take out or dine in you will have a nice meal.

My daughter took me here for my birthday. It was a little slow for a Thursday evening and when the food started to arrive I was very surprised it was not packed. The sashimi was fresh, varied and fantastic. … The rolls looked more like art than food, well presented and as good as any I've had. I will be going back and plan to bring customers here. I you like sushi, or want to show a sushi newbie what its all about, bring them here!

The food here is amazing! Always super fresh and made to order. Love their lunch bento boxes, selection of ramyune, and beer. Service is very professional and polite. Not to mention the sushi chefs!

Upon entering the restsurant we were greeted with warm smiles. We checked in and got the free appetizer ( 3 Spring Rolls with Sweet Chili Sauce ).
Food: The spring rolls were filled with cabbages and carrots which were light and airy and were the perfect little appetizors before our sushi boat (see picture). Coming out, the food was aesthetically pleasing to the eye (and camera). Portion-wise, both the boat and appetizer was enough to satisfy the both of us. The fish itself was perfectly delicious. Was in the mood for something different for lunch and needed something close to the office, and was led here by my fellow Yelpers. When i called to place my order the gentleman on the phone was very nice and even repeated my order back to me. So, I was confident I'd picked a good spot based on the service before arriving. That same service was evident when I arrived to pick up my take out order, which doesn't always happen. Two wins for service.

Will wonders never cease? Nestled within the tiresome strip mall on Bell Creek road lays a quaint little place called Bell Hut. The name is rather bromidic but the thankfully the cuisine is not. I'll be honest. I did not want to try this place. I found it using the Yelp app and noticed it had a perfect 5 start rating but only 7 reviews. Yesterday was a Monday and our "go to" place for Pad Thai was closed. Our options were limited and we were not in the mood to be disappointed. Despite my objections my girlfriend forced us inside anyway.
