I used to really like this place because I personally know the doctor at this practice but once I mentioned I had insurance and came at a time they were supposedly closing, I decided to take my business elsewhere. The hours on their door is misleading and they will take someone in front of you even for the sake of themselves. It is bad business practice to even claim you are open but then say, "we close in five minutes sorry" but the door says until 5 p.m. and it's 3 p.m. Do not come here if you want the best service, this is only a good place to come to if you do not have insurance

This place runs smooth as creamy peanut butter IF you make an appointment. The chance of you walking in there and getting an eye exam without an appointment are pretty slim but it's that way with every other type of doctor's office too .The staff is friendly and very nice and I have never had any issues .I have been going here once a year every year for the last 15 years or so. It's cheaper than other big name vision offices as well. $120 for contacts exam with astigmatism in both eyes is a lot better than $200 or more for the exact same service

Dr. Chapman was annoyingly pushy to get my kids eyes dilated and when my wife didn't accept to do it, she was very rude for the rest of the appointment. At the end, two out of three glass prescriptions (wife and one kid) came out wrong and had to get re-tested BY ANOTHER DOCTOR, and finally they got good prescriptions.

I went in here without an appointment and I just thought it was so strange that an eye doctor can accept appointments on the spot. I waited for a good hour and this other woman came in without an appointment too and the doctor just let her go first. I was like okay this is going to be fine, and when it came to my turn I came into the office to get my vision checked and they only did it for 2 minutes max for me while the other ladies had their done for 15-30 max. I was like is she being a racist because I was the only non white people in that room. I did went outside to picked out my glasses and

The eye doctor was very nice, understanding, everything you expect from an eye doctor. I have no complaints about that, but both times I have visited, I have left frustrated. This is due to the secretary. They are the first thing you see when you walk in, and this place needs a new one! During my first visit, the secretary barked orders at my wife left and right, with an obvious attitude. This was annoying, but people have rough days and I let it go. Today, I went in to get my prescription and again, immediate attitude towards not only me but other guests as well. Why she feels the need to have

I've been seeing Dr. Hoang for a few years. She's always helpful and professional. Her office is located in the vision center at Walmart. The hours are convenient and no appointment is needed. I've never had any problems either walking in or calling a few hours ahead of time. She doesn't sell contacts or glasses so there's not a push to purchase either of those from her. She gives you your prescription that day and you can purchase your contacts or glasses from the business of your choice. I've never had any problems purchasing contacts online.
