Partners, Dr. Sejal Patel, Dr. Ruchira Damani, and Dr. Elizabeth May's goal was to create a high-tech, spa-like, relaxing environment with spacious rooms where patients are treated with care and attention by professional eye doctors.

Awful experience. I regularly go other location. Very limited selection of children's glasses. Unfortunately no one told me in advance. Still have to drive to other location. No records were sent prior to my daughters exam. Not a great experience and excess driving. Them optometrist asked if I wanted them dilated. If we are coming in for exam is that we part of a comprehensive exam. Awful experience today. Pearland experience is much better. We had to wait an extra thirty minutes when dilation was done after the fact.

It sounds strange but I actually like going to this Dentist. I have been a patient of Dr. Mills since about 1995 and love the friendly, efficient atmosphere. It is not a silent office but filled with pleasant chatter between patients and staff. Not loud, just pleasant and friendly. They all work as a team and take very good care of each and every patient.

Both my husband and I went to Custom Eyes and received an eye exam and got fitted for glasses. They were professional and friendly.
My husband was not completely pleased with his glasses. He went back to see them and they reexamined and refitted. Now he was 100% pleased. I'd give 8 stars! Thanks Custom Eyes!!

We love going here for our annual checkups! Our 3 boys enjoy and look forward to their visit too. Super clean office and all staff is wonderful! Very punctual with their appointments and give you the necessary attention at all times. We have recently moved further away from their office but we like them so much that we’ve made the choice to make the drive to them.

I saw Dr. Damani and she was so sweet. I wanted to get a lower prescription than what I actually had and she supported that. I got cute ray ban frames. I need to go back for contacts. They kind of act snobby in the front lobby area. I just don't pay them any attention. My insurance is kind of weird and I think caused some issues with who was paying for what so 6 months after my purchase, I called to ask about whether I was going to be reimbursed. It was a bit of a goose chase, but I think once Ayah (the person who filed the claim with my insurance) heard about the issue, she got on it and

Let's break down why:

Office: very clean and modern.
Wait time: eh, nothing unusual. Doctor was pretty decent with her bedside manner.
So what has upset me? I don't usually mind the mark up, I know it is due to the sales being made and I usually get a warranty. NOT HERE! So so upset. They don't say this until AFTER the purchase, of course.
Not returning here.

I really do love this place and their customer service! I can never get enough of the cute decor throughout the entire office! Even the bathroom in the back is adorable. Dr. Patel did my annual eye exam this time and she was awesome. Very personable and sweet! Explained every step of the process as she was doing the routine exam. The entire exam was very efficient with top of the line technology and equipment used. I love this place!

Dr. May is awesome and very patient working with me to find the eyeglasses that I was looking for since it's so hard for me to make up my mind. Horrible experience with contract doctor. Eye red for 4 months and was prescribed over the counter artificial tears. Advised to come in again and pay another 50 dollar copay to see amp her doctor. Marsha, the store manager was very intolerant and unhelpful. Customer do not come first. Subpar contract medical staff. MD. Appeared to be young and new graduate. Never use this place if you value your eye sight.

Dr. May was wonderful through out my entire eye exam. They had a little treasure chest box inside the room just for my son to pick out a toy which was a plus! My only complaint was not enough people on staff. There was only one receptionist taking care of an multiple patients. I also felt my eye exam was a little rushed.

Custom Eyes is a really lovely spot and it is truly the most awesomely decorated optometrist office I've ever been to. It is posh, modern, and high tech. The chairs in the waiting area even have outlets so that you can charge your devices. The staff? Friendly with impeccable customer service skills both on the phone and in person. Oh and another added bonus...they have a Kuerig coffee machine for us java lovers

Came in today for an eye exam & I was wowed by the interior decor. Very modern decor, beautifully decorated. There is a chandelier that hangs above the seating area, with separators in each seat for comfort & privacy. Each separator has an outlet if you needed to charge your phone or any other electronic device.
How convenient!
This office definitely makes sure every visit is a positive experience for every client. Next to the front desk is a Keurig for coffee & a mini fridge under it with water & caprisuns if you're bringing your kids for an eye exam.
