We been eating there for years. Order last night the food was delivered cold. Manager refused to do anything about it, essentially said I was lying about it and wouldnt even say sorry about it. Great food if you eat there at least use to be. Don't ever get it delivered or you will be SOL. This is a prime example of a business doing the wrong thing by the customer. I should of read other reviews didn't realize that this is a common issue and all seems to involve the night manager. Please get your house in order, it's a bummer to see a great family restaurant fall so far also prices went up didn

I placed a delivery order and received cold food. The manager Dana had no interest in compensating for my past experience and was more interested in discrediting my story. Very rude and confrontational. they weren’t able to look up my order and verify that I placed the order a couple of weeks back. Even when I mentioned that I took a picture of the food the response was ;
“Hunny I can’t just take everyone’s word for everything”
If she listened to what I was saying I took a picture of the food and could prove it that I had in fact ordered the food, and received it cold.

Eating here is hit or miss for something like 18 years, since it opened. You will get a lot of food for a reasonable price here, usually. But, it's definitely quantity over quality. The pizza is atrocious and always has been. It falls apart when you pick it up and has no sauce. It won't fold and pretty much needs to be eaten with utensils. I don't think the oven gets hot enough to cook pizza properly. Also, the dough is definitely never fresh and doesn't really rise. Anything Italian on the menu isn't that great. Most people either like this place or hate it. I will give it a fair review though
