I have been going to this location for a few years, as much as I hate the customer service from all office personal the Dr. Nguyen is a good doctor. She is thorough and has a caring personality. Honestly wasnt surprised to see a brand new set of staff this office visit. One of my first questions when I walked in was, how much is my contact refraction fee ? I understand this is an out of pocket fee and would like to know if the fee changed from last year. The receptionist was not familiar at all with anything I was saying and called the office manager. Mgr comes and explains that my insurance covers

The doctors are good at this place, but the staff is not. I went in to make a glasses purchase and was greeted very unenthusiastically. Additionally, I wasn't offered any assistance while searching for the frames. Next, when I finally found a pair and took them to the front desk the reception was again unenthusiastic and unmotivated. It was at that moment I remembered why I stopped visiting this place previously so I left. I strongly recommend they hire staff who are passionate or at least happy to do the job. Anything less really impacts the full customer experience and I wlil not patronize a

The variety of frames available is awesome. It really was hard for me to make a decision because of the overwhelming (in a great way) choice I had to make. The young ladies as well as Dr. Nyugen were very informative and very cordial and prompt. I will definitely be making Vision Source my go to frame supplier as well as primary Vision doctor.

From the office to the service everything was great!!! No waiting for an exam and the Dr. was very nice. Her assistant also did a great job . All the way around, from the 2 sweet girls at the front desk the entire staff was excellent. Definitely would recommend anyone that’s needing an eye exam or glasses to go there.

Money in the trash! They do not deserve even 1 star. I have been there so many times to try and try and they where never able to get the correct contact lenses. They always say someone will call me when the lenses arrive but they never call. It has past 7 months and a bunch of money spent without a solution, and I am finally going to see another doctor.
