I have been coming to Bate Eye Care for years, and I can honestly say this is the best eye care in Jacksonville. I did not wait long for my appointment. The staff was very courteous and helpful, and the doctors were so nice and smart and explained everything to me! Ms. Tara took the time to help me pick out some glasses at the end. Thank you so much! I highly recommend this place!!!

When I arrived early for my appointment. Everyone greeted me and told me no problem. Dr Bateh is really nice explain everything clearly so you understand. If you need eye care this is the place. It's hard to find good customer service nowadays. Nothing changes from the time you arrive until leaving. Come see for yourself. You won't regret it.

Dr Bateh and Dr Laurie are such amazing doctors I have never meet doctors that Genuinely care about each and everyone of there patients they are very Dedicated to making sure each patient goes home happy. Plus look at this Prescription Gucci glasses they were so affordable I look forward to buying more in the future

I have been a patient here for years now and I highly recommend to everyone who is looking for knowledgeable doctors and a wide variety of frames for glasses. During my last visit, I had red and watery eyes for weeks and they knew exactly how to help me. I also bought the cutest pair of Versace frames. They had so many brands- from Gucci, to Ray Bans, and so much more. They let me take my time and try them on until I found the perfect pair. Thanks Dr. Bateh!

The Dr here was rude! The first thing he said when he walked in the room was " You don't have a baby sitter?". I had my 6 year old there for an eye exam and have 2 other kids that I take with me everywhere. The 3 yr old was standing up against the wall talking to me and I was holding my baby. They weren't screaming or running around. I also asked a question that not only did he not answer but what he did say was really condescending and arrogant. I would not recommend them to anyone especially if you have kids!
