After an hour of doing my nails ( I went in for a refill ) this happened
they are super nice and everything but they need to not hurry and just take their time. Like my nail tech only filed some nails and didn't put enough actual acrylic. I asked him to put nail polish on top because it wasn't done properly and you could see my nail.

The worst I've ever experienced. I came in with nails unpolished. All I wanted was to get my toe nails and finger nails polished. I was very clear. I said it multiple times and I made sure that the color chosen was not gel. He filed the nails just for evenness. I had already cut them. I got my toes done and when he was going to start on my finger nails I asked how much so I could pay before they got polished. He didn't even know what to say so he went to the front desk. When he came back he said $23. I was in complete disbelief. I didn't get my finger nails done $13 to put polish

I went here and really needed a walk in appointment with dip on my hands and regular polish on feet. I received service from the owners and they were more than happy to help me after I couldn't find a color I liked. They were bringing more options for me to look at.
They closed at 8 and my appointment went on after that but she continued to diligently work on my toes. I've never seen a more hardworking group and they are perfectionists when it comes to nail detail. I will definitely be back!

I have been coming here for almost 2 years now! I absolutely love the service & love how my nails turn out every single time! Mandy refills nails so well to the point where I can go more than a month without refilling (which I rarely do because I love to change it up frequently!) The lady did a horrible job. Doesn't know how to do her job. She should be fired. Some nails are thicker than others. Wider than others. Ugh!!! Have to redo the crooked fake nails bec she kept looking at the door!!!! Charged for full price.
The guy who did my daughter can't even do ombré and made her change the color. Charged full price for her! Rip off !!!

Dip powder manicure, this was my first time here and I've found my nail place for the future. I also got a gel pedi she was amazing too! The only thing i could add is to clean up the nail after the dip has dried (underneath the nail that get stuck to the skin) but it's no biggie it washes away or you can just do it at home.

Lets talk about the staff; they are all so kind and attentive and really push amazing customer service. I've done my nails with a few of the nail techs there and they are all amazing! All so talented!!
I got my nails done last Saturday 4/20/2019 with Mandy and omg all I can say is OBSESSED; I really haven't been this in love with my nails in a long time and what I loved the most was how sweet and excited she was to do my nails and that's so rare to find , nail techs who actually enjoy what they are doing.
