This nail salon is one of the best I've been to. I use to live a few blocks away, which is how I found JC spa nails, then I moved to the beach. I've tried many other nail places and finally gave up and now make the 40 min drive to get my nails done because it's worth it. Cindy is amazing and they treat you like family. Don't waste your time trying other places, I've been there and it's a mistake. I'll never go anywhere else

Cindy dose amazing nails! And the other lady's also! And her husband also! It's great service, super clean, extremely nice, great price im not kidding you! Other places overpriced! Staff super friendly and super welcoming. Works with you, on what ever you have in mind with your nails. Over all, i give this place an A+ come in now lol.

Do not come here if you're trying to have a relaxing pedicure. The Cuban or Dominican lady who did my feet was unsanitary, she didn't wear any gloves and would stop to text on her phone every 30 seconds. She was chipping away at my toes I was in pain!! I have never felt more uneasy at a nail salon where I'm supposed to be "treating myself". She was scraping my toes and cut my toe nails so short they were not straight or shaped how I liked she didn't even ask. I told her I wanted white and the color she used isn't even a pure white it's cloudy and not vibrant

This has to be the nastiest and unprofessional place I've ever been to. The only reason why I ended up here is because I desperately needed a quick mani and pedi thinking it couldn't be so bad, wrong! My mani was done with Yanny she's the worst such in a hurry. She cut me many times. After telling her she just ignored me. Listen to the reviews you will regret it. They don't sanitize anything and towels are nasty I wouldn't doubt if they reuse them over and over. On top of that my nails are done horrible.

Today I had the worst experience I've ever had while having my nails done. The nail technician "Yennyslady" was not even paying attention to what she was doing, and in result of that she cut my toe. The cut was bad enough that it would not stop bleeding. She was more interested in what purchasing purses off a street vendor than doing her job. It had been hours after I left the nail salon and I was still bleeding from my toe. I attached pictures to show how bad it looks. Will not be returning back to this nail salon and I will not recommend it for anyone to go.

It was a bad experience, the person that was waiting for me was super rude since the beginning , she was in a hurry that her work was poor. She cut me twice and paint my nails on top of the blood. I did not want to continue because she wanted to finish so bad that it felt that i was a problem for her. Her towels were used and full of nails from other people. She did no clean anything. Cero cuatomer service. When i asked her to stop and charge me only for the pedicure she took my card and returned to me throwing it.

I was flying through Miami and was recommended this place by the young lady at my hotel's front desk. I have been getting dip for years, and I'm not kidding when I say this is the BEST manicure I've ever gotten. I never knew coffin shape could be so symmetrical!! I'm slightly OCD, so I notice all the little things, and every nail is identical. The length is identical (as they should be), but even the width at the top is exactly symmetrical when comparing left to right. They're also thin but sturdy. Most beautiful manicure I've ever had. JC stands for the couples initials

Came in as a walk-in yesterday and got seated with Ortega. She was very nice but cut way too much cuticles to the point it hurts to wash my hands, even a day after, because of all the cuts she made. This was my second time getting powder dip nails done, 1st time at this store. She did 2 thin coats which resulted in 2 nails getting chipped within a day of having them done. Not a very happy customer after paying $35 for nails that are chippeed.

The co owner Cindy is rude and extremely controversial when she doesnt agree with your choice or complaints on nail work done to you and even gets verbally aggresive. Additionally, some of the employees talk out loud about client's private lives and give opinions on their client's situations as they add to what they know by client or by hearsay. The prices do not match their work and I don't recommend the place!!

I'm so upset I should've just listened to the reviews. Beware I came in for a fill that was supposed to cost $22 (their board SAYS $20 for gel fill in) and got charged $37 because I had gel nails and the technician did not tell me it was extra for "gel powder" (after research there's no such thing as gel powder. If they mix powder with a liquid it is NOT gel). I feel scammed. On top of that my nails are uneven and paint on my finger. The coffin shape looks more like square. Polish was applied unevenly. I'm so disappointed. Would NEVER go back!

This place was too sketchy. I wanted to at least give it 2 stars but the reality of it is, that it was just too unsanitary. Do not expect liners, new tools or even fresh towels for that matter. My technician pulled out tools that were clearly used during both instances(manicure & pedicure) AND to top it off even the towels where I placed my hands and feet were full of skin and nail clippings from past clients. I do not understand how this place could run like this. It has to be a breeding ground for fungus.

I got lost on the way to another nail salon and out of desperation, I went to JC Spa Nails after passing by and seeing it. Even though it was dirty and dingy on the outside, I decided to give it a chance. Wrong decision.
The building was covered in dirt and grime, the technicians did not sanitize their tools, and the woman who did my nails talked on her cell phone the entire time. She said all of one word to me. To top it all off, she kept overpainting my nails and rubbed off all the extra polish with a crusty paintbrush dipped in acetone, and there was dead skin still surrounding my nail beds
