EITHER CON ARTISTS or TOTALLY INCOMPETENT. I lived here for 1 year (Oct. 2017 to Oct. 2018) I have never had such a bad experience with a rental company. Twice my place flooded due to shoddy pipes, but even worse was the management. Management under Andrea was very bad and one day she was gone (fired, I presume). Then, after I moved out of my apartment, I get a bill for my entire $500 security deposit +$220. I left my place in good shape so I was surprised. When I read the summary of charges, there were some justifiable cleaning fees, some slightly dubious painting fees and a whopping $300 fee

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Federal ATF agents raided the unit next to ours last week, the police are constantly on the property solving domestic disputes, and there are whispers about an ongoing investigation into the management company for stealing thousands from their tenants (mentioned in other reviews as well). This place is an absolute SCAM. Everything in the units is broken - we have two bathrooms but only one shower can function at once, the screen doors and closet doors are decades old and fall off every time they are used, and as others have reviewed, our apartment

This complex has been under terrible management for the entire 3 years I’ve been here, this update just highlights how bad it is. My apartment flooded 3 inches on Thursday night. I just called them yet again on Tuesday morning (no answer per usual) and they still haven’t connected with me whatsoever. No cleaning offered, no carpets replaced (mildew smell already). I walked in on Sunday and asked someone why they weren’t cleaning my apartment yet and she said she’s only been there 2 days which is a pretty typical answer. Told me to expect a call from the elusive and mysterious regional manager
