I have lived here for over year now and it is your average apartment living. It is in a very good location aside from the train tracks but conveniently it works for me especially if you are outdoorsy person such as myself. The beach and nearby restaurants are great. Parking on the street is nice to have as an option and busy during the Summer.

SLUM LORD MANAGEMENT BEWARe!!.. Lived here three years because I absolutely had to, and the whole time it was a nightmare. I'm really not a complainer but after my boyfriend had to fix things himself numerous times because of no show. Mold and mushrooms growing out of the ceiling.... We paid $275 for a garage that the apartment above it leaked, ruining all of our things over three times. Spa, pool closed almost half the time while I was there and the list unfortunately goes on. They definitely think location is everything

Fabulous location!! Nice updates. Yes, it is an old building, on the train tracks, with older windows, no in-unit laundry, and everyone in the village wishes for more space... BUT, if you are looking for a place that will allow pets, this complex is still one of the best overall deals for the location :-)

Beautiful apartments, close to the beach. But good luck getting a hold of anyone. I had "over due rent" sent to collections because I never could get a hold of them to give my 30 day notice. They were unavailable for a walk out because again I couldn't get a hold of them. Tried calling, stopping by for months after I found out I had a collections against me.... guess what, still cant get a hold of anyone.

Living by the beach is not worth the hassle of dealing with this company, especially if you are in the military. I had to break my lease due to military orders and this company continued to charge me, and made life hell for the initial stages of my deployment. They are extremely difficult to get in touch with, hesitant to help with any issue you may have, and extremely slow to correct the issue (if they correct it at all).
