I've lived here for 2 years and absolutely loved it. The apartments are awesome, with upgraded features like crown molding and granite counter tops. They keep the grounds very clean and the pool was newly remodeled. The entire staff is super nice and helpful. The best value for being so close to the beach.

Best apartment complex I’ve lived in! Xong & Lisa are very helpful! Only every had a few maintenance problems and they were always fixed immediately (usually same day). The maintenance man is great, always around the property and very friendly. They place is kept up nicely, Apartments are small but laid out well. I was sad to leave but unfortunately had to leave the area. Even when breaking my lease they were very reasonable & helpful. I would 100% recommend this place to anyway looking!

Absolutely loved living in these apartments! Beautiful and perfect location to be! Walking distance to the movie theater and new restaurants at the mall (Yardhouse, Cheesecake Factory, Islands, etc). The staff is SUPER friendly and is always willing to help and answer any questions. The apartments themselves are newly remodeled and beautiful inside and out. A parking space is given with each unit and street parking is also available. It’s pretty easy to find street parking. Also it’s about a 5 min drive to the beach!!! Im sad to be leaving these amazing apartments, but very happy I had the

This has by far been the best apartment complex I have lived in. The area is wonderful and close to everything. I walk to Sprouts and the mall's luxury theater often. The management are so friendly and welcoming and attend to needs immediately. The community of residents are all wonderful. The amenities are also really nice. The apartment itself is fully updated and even has crown molding. I love the granite countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom and it is so easy to keep clean. The floor plan is perfect and optimizes space making the apartment looking much bigger. I get compliments on it

I lived here for about a year, They pitch you so hard on how safe the area is and how they have cameras for your protection. I had my motorcycle stolen from my parking spot and went to the front office with a police officer requesting the video, the manager said that they have to contact corporate to get the video it’s been 2 years and they will not give me a video, I’m guessing there cameras are just for show.

My sister and brother-in-law live here. They've been here for quite a while. This place is tucked in the corner in the back. And there's definitely not very much parking so prepared to walk. They have an on-site laundry room that I walked past all the time and it's pretty dirty. You know so the apartment is pretty small. Reminds me of a Escondido apartment I used to have. I give it three stars will you do that too

I could honestly write a book of all the nightmares this place is, so I'll make an extremely long story short - I was interested in renting here so my girlfriend and I viewed the place, looked OK but cramped inside. I was told deposit was $300 and rent was $1,525 (2 bedroom, upstairs) to which I agreed upon. They sent me a link to pay app fee ($35) and holding fee ($100) with a "Welcome to the Bluffs" email. I paid the money they requested of me, but never kept me in the loop of my application status, even though I had told everyone I spoke with there that this

I currently reside in the Bluffs. I'm a young female Marine and I'm yet to find a better place in this area that offers comparable location/price/quality. The single bedroom units appear small but it is the perfect size for one or a couple to live. I've had up to five guests at a time visit and they fit fine. The bedroom very comfortably fits even a king sized bed and the walk in closet fits more clothes than one person should have, plus all of my hockey and Marine gear, ironing board, full length mirror etc. The renovations are new and look very good; particularly the hard wood floors, wall paint
