Do not live here. Literally the worst living conditions. Horrible roach problem, and was not told about it until after I moved in. Gas leak in the apartment, because the staff installed the wrong fittings on the gas lines. WORST experience EVER. And they double charged me for my final month's rent. I'm out of state now- and wouldn't have the first clue as to how to fight this. VERY terrible evil people run these apartments. DO NOT DO IT.

The maintenance crew is responsive and professional. The only reason I took a star off the review is because the management company, Elan Sea Lofts, isn't very pleasant to deal with. It's just another management property company with a website. They use the website so that the manager doesn't need to talk directly to you. They raise rent 15% when the lease promised to raise rent %7.5 after a year. I thought that rent could only be made when there are changes and improvements and not that amount.
