If you like your lease being violated, evicted and threatened by your leasing office, then this is the place for you. This company does not care about you as a tennant, all they care about is that rent check at the beginning of the month. Management requires masks during covid yet they do not wear them themselves. Plowing is suppose to take 1 hour per lot and it takes well over 2 hours so I hope you have plans to keep you busy ALL day. No guests are allowed or they will be towed even though per your lease you can have guests. Management leaves every weekend, usually on Thursday and wont be back

Great units! We enjoyed seeing the construction process from inception to completion! We’ve seen it grow from the beginning to the end and it’s been a full end development! Great job by the entire team of developers, marketing and on site leasing staff

If you want to live in a place that is cheaply put together and over priced, this is the place for you. The drywall in our bathroom deteriorated after 3 months from them not using the correct type of drywall and paint and cheap plastic baseboard that was not even glued to the wall in most areas are just a couple of the unfortunate aspects of these apartments. Good luck working a full time job and contacting anyone with any problems or concerns. I would not recommend wasting your time or money.

Don’t walk away from this place. Run! So sad to watch this place fall apart from the beginning. I was among the first to move into the building when construction was complete. Wallace Farm had potential but is plagued with cheap construction (kitchen is abysmal with shoddy assembly) and mismanagement from front office. Lived there for 15 months. In that time had maintenance and plumber onsite six times for a leaky faucet. Each time they visited unit, they left it is a worse condition then when they arrived (by the time I moved out, they had reassembled backwards

Nice, brand new apartments. Windows are thin and I can smell inside the apartment when people smoke too close to the apartments. Also some noise issues from younger tenants who have parties occasionally. Probably more of an issue because the windows seem thin. Good location right off the highway.
