Great Apartment and the process from application to move in was so smooth. They (specially Jessica) really helped me to complete the process , was being remote . We love this place and everything good so far and looking forward to explore more on the property.

One-Year Review at Gilbert Crossing: You will read a lot of things about GC, many of them true, many of them not. The pros far outweigh the cons if you are considering moving here. Yes, the units are overpriced (as are all the other new developments around this area). Yes, the traffic is bad for about 1.5 hours out of the day. Yes, there needs to be more diversity and less political demonstration around the clubhouse (ie. Fox or CNN on the TV). As far as the apartments themselves, unless you're going to buy a townhome or condo, you need to expect that any apartment isnt actually going to have gold

My move to Gilbert Crossings went very smoothly and I am very grateful to Grace Poulin for her wonderful assistance. My apartment was very clean and any adjustments were made quickly and efficiently. The office staff have offered some interesting community activities. I am very happy and grateful I made the decision to live here.

The apartments are beautiful but are cheaply built. Upon moving in their were a myriad of issues but maintenance is very quick to respond. I am a bit worried as to move out as some issues were never resolved. (paint chipping). Some other minor complaints are bathroom fans on 24/7. If bathroom door is left over it is a noticeable sound. AC/heating unit is very loud. Be expected to have to raise your tv volume Everytime it comes on. Leaky ac vents due to poorly insulated pipes. Overall though for the price and the beauty of the apartment I can overlook those issues and recommend this place to others

I’ve lived in Merrimack for over 20 years. I’m very angry and have been at the addition of these apartments for several reasons..The added traffic INCREDIBLY annoying, the lack of AFFORDABLE housing and that the advertisement is clearly so biased on who you’re advertising to; young, successful, palm colored people. Your sign out front describes a luxurious lifestyle with a gorgeous young mayonnaise complexion couple… seems very clear what the M.O. there was to building & pricing these apartments.

I have enjoyed living at Gilbert Crossing for two years now. The office staff is always very friendly and helpful. Grounds and buildings are kept immaculate. The pool, community club house, and trails are wonderful amenities. After a huge transition and move from another state my new Gilbert family is a blessing.

New to the property and can say that its quiet, clean, and prompt maintenance! Security is most important to us and we feel very secured and safe. The apartment itself has self closing draws in the kitchen and bathrooms, walk in closets are great for storage and what women doesn't love a walk in bedroom closet! Thank you Gilbert Crossing!

My first here at Gilbert Crossing has been wonderful! The amenities (clubhouse, pool, playground, trails) have all been well-maintained and clean for the residents. The staff in the leasing office and the maintenance crew are very helpful and kind. My apartment is exactly what I wanted/needed. Having a good-sized porch is great in the summer months! I plan on staying at Gilbert Crossing for several more years. Definitely a great place to live!

Wonderful place! Apartments are spacious and very modern. Amenities like the pool, tennis court, club house etc. are great to have when you don’t want to leave the complex. these are all easily accessible. The leasing office staff are very helpful and understanding. Maintenance staff always completes requests in a timely manner and are very friendly. Also my favorite, lots of parking. So need to worry if you have a friend or family member visiting!

So if your looking for a place to rent or lease and not abide by the rules not a problem. This is the place. The lease says no animals but after the office is closed for regular business for the day you'll see the large dogs come out and they are not service dogs. So sign a lease and when asked do you have a dog just say no not at all. Also don't expect the cleaning companies to bother cleaning or vacuum the halls no one checks on them and they continue to get paid by Flatley companies. but the rugs still have the same trash left on them for weeks. And they never bother to vacuum the
