Dr. Cin is a 1996 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon where he received his Doctor of Optometry. He did his undergraduate schooling at Bemidji State University in Bemidji, Minnesota.

Love this clinic! The staff is friendly and efficient. Dr Cin is wonderful. He is so thorough with explanations and answering questions and stays concerned and up to date about not just my vision but my health also. I had no clue that I had cataracts and he referred me to the best ever cataract clinic in Anchorage. I also am grateful for Dr Cin teaching me about vision. On a scale from 1 to 5, I give Adventures in Eye Care a 10.

I have been seeing Dr Cin for several years and loved him.. I work 2 jobs and very busy trying to make ends meet, because of my work schedule I had to cancel my appts and reschedule several times and they cancelled an appt on me once. However, due to the fact that I cancelled without them knowing my situation they told me I could no longer make… appts. Well at least I cancelled in advance and just didn't show. Which I find very disturbing considering I had no control of my work schedule. Also, my last contact experience was terrible I had to go back 3 times and get contacts because the kept
