In addition to physical therapists, occupational therapists, and RNs we also provide interaction, friendship, activities, meal preparation, and even transportation to doctor visits.

Services
TLC Companions Home Health Care is owned and operated by Robin and Greg Massimi. They have been a part of our community for six years and in business for over thirty. The agency offers services for the elderly and individuals with disabilities by professional friendly caregivers. TLC provides long and short-term care on an hourly or live-in basis.
At TLC, we provide skilled nursing services by our team of Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs). Our dedicated professionals will come to your home or facility and assess your needs or we will implement a plan of care prescribed by your physician. We understand the benefits of being treated in the comforts of home when the elderly are injured or sick rather than having treatment in a hospital or other facility.
All of our caregivers are certified home health aides (CHHA) who carry a current license from the New Jersey Board of Nursing and are authorized to provide both "hands off" companion care and "hands on" personal care. At TLC we carefully screen every CHHA and perform thorough background checks to ensure the safety and welfare of our clients.
At TLC, we understand that there is no environment more familiar than home. The idea of assisted living may be off-putting for seniors who wish to retain their independence for as long as possible. Loved ones may have concerns for their health and safety while they are living alone and may also wonder if a caregiver will be able to provide the best for them.
High-tech nursing is designed to keep you or your loved one in the comforts of home even when dealing with a condition that requires specialized care. TLC's Registered Nurses are specially trained and experienced to provide care for you or your loved one at home if high-technology care such as a ventilator, intravenous drug therapy, chemotherapy, specialized infant care, pain management or tube feedings is required.

Sue and Howard are the absolute best. They care about Frank and me and they care about Mamie, our Home Health Aide and we all work together well. Frank was at Valley Hospital, couldn't walk anymore and needing dialysis 3X a week. This all happened in a short span of time. His doctor said he needed someone with him 24-7 or he could not be discharged. The Valley Hospital Social Worker gave me TLC Companions phone number and the rest is history. Sue and Howard gave me emotional support while we were trying to find a Home Health Aide. They have been through my experience with their own family members

I needed to find my Aunt a home health aide during the pandemic, which was nerve wracking to say the least. I found TLC Companions Home Healthcare after a quick Google search. The office was so nice, and made it very easy to get signed up and scheduled. We have been with them for several months now and they are a pleasure to work with. They take great care of my Aunt. I would highly recommend TLC Companions.

TLC was the best choice I could have made. Howard, Vivian and the rest of the staff were some of the kindest people I have met. Our situation was a very difficult one and they came to our service with love, empathy, professionalism and understanding. Vivian was resourceful, patient and thorough. Howard was flexible and incredibly accommodating. I would recommend this service a million times over.

Caring for a parent from another state is not easy, but TLC Companions made it easier. TLC is a privately owned company who actually cares about their customers. If I ever have a question or concern they always responded quickly. I highly recommend TLC to any family who needs to arrange care for their loved ones.
