Due to reduced staff and extra safety precautions, we are trying to schedule appropriately so that you don't wait too long for us.
Myopia Control Clinic : Actual ongoing cases summarized by Loc H. Pham, OD at Sun Valley Eye Care. We are excited to offer your child a program designed to slow down or halt their eyes from becoming more myopic or nearsighted. We are certified to prescribe Paragon Corneal Refractive Therapy (CRT) and iSee Advanced orthokeratology retainer contact lenses.
2. Refunds: There are no refunds on custom eyewear once the order is placed. We place the orders electronically once you pay for them. Once the lenses are ordered, they are ordered specifically to your Rx, lens treatment options and frame shape. 4. Service of Eyewear NOT Purchased at Sun Valley Eye Care: If you purchase your glasses from us, we will gladly provide services on the products that you buy from us.

The doctor was amazing. He told me what he was doing and why he was doing it during the entire exam. He was honest about what he was concerned about and what he wasn’t. They were up front and clear about all costs. The only thing I didn’t like is the person that assisted me with glasses was very blunt about what she thought did and didn’t look good on me. I didn’t take too much offense but I could see how that might not sit well with someone who wants to pick their own style and not be told what to get. They have an amazing selection and all of the frames are high quality and all in style

Dr. Pham is an excellent eye care specialist and his staff is awesome. I gained a great deal from my eye examination. Dr. Pham not only gave me a thorough examination, but also patiently took the time to give me an understanding of the condition of the eyes when disease sets in and what healthy eyes look like. My experience from the moment I entered the office until I left was a very pleasant, and positive experience. I am not a fan of any type of doctor appointment, but the technician who took my initial vision screenings was so kind, comforting, and reassuring, that I felt at ease. My first time at Sun Valley Eye Care was nothing less than phenomenal. Dr. Loc Pham was very patient with me while answering my questions about my eye care. A few years back I was misdiagnosed and was given a prescription that was way too strong, causing headaches and eye pain. Dr. Loc Pham explained the difference between my eyes (one is near sighted and one is far sighted). He showed me photos of my eyes versus an unhealthy eye. It was very informative and built my trust that he was giving me the proper prescription. Thank you Dr. Loc Pham!!!!

My sister, pops, and I have been going to this location for at least 6 years...? I cant remember cause its been so long!
Glasses, Contacts, Sun Glasses, vision checkups--feels like I've ran the course with them.
They are always quick, friendly, and very transparent. Equipment (and my eyes) may not cooperate or work as intended at all times but it's very clear that they try their hardest for the best experience.
During the pandemic they have removed the waiting area and limited capacity. Wait in the car if needed and have your mask

Dr. Pham and his staff are phenomenal! They are really all about customer services! I lost my glasses recently and contacted them about my issue and they said that they would work on it and expedite the process as quickly as they could! Dr. Pham was able to get me a pair of glasses the very next day to get me by while my brand new glasses are being made, they even offered to deliver the glasses to me.
Dr. Pham also goes really in depth about your vision and informing you on why and how your vision is being affected. He makes sure that you are well informed and know what is going on.

Really shady optometrist. Initially Dr. Pham seemed like a nice optometrist and all went well with the appointment. Upon paying, the receptionist informed me that I owed an amount that was more than I expected. I asked why I wasn't charged the amount for the basic exam. The receptionist replied, "we don't really do Level 1 exams here." At first I didn't question it and just paid. Later on, I called my insurance and they told me for my prescription, there was no need for a Level 2. I never left a review as I just wrote the office off but now they keep calling me to make

I love Sun Valley Eye Care. My daughter and I have been coming here for at least five years. They are the nicest team of professionals you will find in the industry. I've been going here for a few years now and the staff is always friendly and helpful when I drop by. Dr. Pham always answers all of my questions and explains to me everything that's going on so I literally see everything going on. They also helped me out when my glasses had a problem and warrantied them out so I could get a new frame. The location is easily accessible too in Chandler and if you have time to kill before your appointment there's plenty around their office. I would highly recommend their services to any of my friends and family.

I have worn glasses my entire life and as a part of my career I am constantly moving. In that process, I have visited countless eye doctors from the major chains to mom and pops pretty much across the country. Dr. Clarizio was the first doctor to notice an abnormality on my eye that had been there since I was a child. I found it interesting that all those past doctors didn't even mention this issue, but Chantelle did, which is a testament to her thoroughness and care for her patients. Kudos!

Been there twice now, always have a good time. Staff there are nice and knowledgable and the Dr. Pham is probably my favorite guy. Always super nice and good sense of humor. Dr Chantelle Clarizio O.D. is fantastic! Super personable and above all, very thorough with the eye exam. I now see the value of going to a smaller practice and the same optometrist year after year for overall eye health. I would highly recommend Dr. Clarizio to anyone looking for an eye doctor. She is 40+ miles from my house but well worth the trip!!
