We are under new management for about a year now. People need to know this, when they took over, the problems began to surface along with Covid! Do we have things that need to be taken care of, yes! But the trash is no more, we have a new yard company and they are working on a list of projects that need to be taken care of, remember Rome was not built in a day! They are looking for more maintenance men or women, but no one wants to work anymore, they would rather just sit at home. Also they are faced with getting numerous items in due to covid but also the government, which they have no control

I have never been so disappointed in a group of people, than the management staff here. The one thing I do have to say is that they are consistently disappointing. Literally leaving only one star to be able to write a review. The amount of trouble that my roommate and I experienced while living here, was absolutely not worth the time nor money that we waisted. You pay for a “gated” community but the gates were almost always broken. You would also think paying for trash pick up would mean they pick up the trash and dispose of it; definitely not the case either. When you google elora place you

HORRIBLE. I have been living in this complex since it was called Grand Point Apartments and in that administration it was pleasant to live. But then it became Elora Place and everything changed, the pond from having transparent waters became extremely dirty, and the dirty was not only that, the corridors, garbage all over the parking lot a real disaster. In the same way, the response time to repair any damage became very long, for example, I had the microwave damaged for two months. Do not even think about living here, you will regret it.

Don’t rent here.
Office workers are absolutely useless, maintenance guys are unreliable, if a dumpster fire was an apartment complex, Elora Place would be it.
Truly, do yourself a favor and find somewhere else because this place isn’t worth your money.

This place doesn’t deserve 1 star. The trash piled up on the premises is disgusting, unsanitary, and attracting rodents. Pet waste stations are not being emptied. I’m constantly concerned about my family members safety at night due to lights being out on breezeways and remaining as such even after management is notified. If you have an issue with your apartment, be prepared to contact management multiple times before they make any attempts to rectify the problem.

Please be aware of where you sign a lease. Pictures show it all. From 27 rounds of gunfire to constant trash issues and flooding. A new tenant really has no idea of what Elora Place has in store for them.

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! Apartments are poorly managed and kept up. Rodents take the stairs like they pay rent. Valet trash service (included in rent) is inconsistent and goes days, sometimes even weeks, without being picked up. Trash compactor/dumpster is constantly over filled and goes weeks without being dumped/cleaned.

The apartments say luxury there is nothing luxury about trash. The rodents are horrible at night due to the trash. Rats... the lake and pools are filty. Pools bot even able to be used. I was informed the trash problem would be taken care of weeks ago. This has been and ongoing problem since I moved here is november 2020. I am starting to wonder are they paying their bills. hen I called the front office the manager Ashley told me to just pile the trash in the compactor alley. We are being told to dump trash on the ground...I have never heard of this. I hate to litter. This is unsanitary the smell

RUN. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS PLACE. The renovated apartments look amazing but theyre made terribly and are falling apart. The staff are full of empty promises to make you sign, the valet trash is a J O K E, I’ve been waiting 11 months for my new dishwasher and refrigerator I was promised, the parking lot floods BADLY, the staff is RUDE, the atmosphere is so negative (always threatening you with fees and fines), AND THE BUG INFESTATION IS RIDICULOUS. (They supposedly spray for bugs once a month but I find mega huge cockroaches about once a week). Seriously. Just run. Don’t do it. This is

I live here. There is no valet trash service at this time. This complex is becoming just that trashy. From the trash piles, to dog poo everywhere, to the rodents to things not fixed, to stolen packages. Rodents (which is to be expected due to all the trash). Do not move here. Right now I do not know what to do with my trash I hate to just throw it on the ground. I took these pictures today. The trash has been a problem since I moved in Nov. 2020 and it has been worst than this before. Luxury apatments I think not.

If I constructed a full detailed review of my terrible experience at these apartments it would be a novel! Multiple maintenance issues from the first day we moved in. We have been in our apartment for almost 4 months and were inquiring about breaking our lease within the first two months because of the constant issues. Office staff are condescending and not helpful. Do not move here!

Don't believe the ads. You pay water even though there are no individual meters. No matter how many people live in the same square footage (1 or 4), no matter if leaking faucets & toilets in your neighbors apt, maintenance and renovation people use as much water as residents. You pay for valet trash even though it can sit outside your front door for days and days (valet people have no place to put trash, I have photos for over a year). Great place to live if you like mold, trash piling up for days, a lying office staff, leaking roofs (roofs have been leaking for years but they just

As a past resident I can say without a doubt that this is the worst place I've lived at. The management has horrible communication skills and never pass anything onto the residential community. We also payed for daily trash pickup at the door and they only came 3 times a week. If your looking for a nice quiet place to live this is NOT the place for you. 😡

Ended my lease since July 2019 and was told numerous times I would receive my deposit back. Here we are April 2020 and still didn't receive it . I used to love the apartment complex but the crimes made it uncomfortable to live there.

I’ve lived at Elora Place for a year and a half now and I’ve felt like this was home sweet home ever since. It’s a quiet place to live, and I have met some great people here. I love spending time by the pool, and I absolutely love the Sunday BBQ pool parties! I love how Rachel, LaShonda, Jessica, and the maintenance staff go out their way to make the residents feel so important and welcome. Very affordable for all the great amenities and smart systems we have in our apartments. I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. I love all the special events they have for us here. Just more opportunities
