Mark was amazing!! This was my first time purchasing a home and he was totally honest and up front about everything on the house. Also he was so patient with me and explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it and always gave me my honest opinion. He was very professional, but also treated me like family. I will recommend him to anyone! I was very happy with the inspection and still do not regret my choice!

I suggest a more organized report and detailed report with a whole lot of more information and pictures to prevent having to go back and forward or questions. The attic had unfinished duct work and now I have to pay for this to be done because at the time of inspection there was nothing said about this. Very disappointing

I have had home inspections before but this company performed one of the most thorough inspections I've ever had. With the observations and written notes I was able to present these findings to the owners of the place I was wanting to purchase. As a result, they fixed most of the issues or were willing to drop the price of the home. That was a win win for me!!

And personalization. Including in their report pertinent details that considered the welfare of my alpacas was extraordinary and I will never forget that!
