If you need the job done right. Gary is the guy for the job. He takes the time to inspect everything that needs to be inspected. He explains everything to you ,what you need to do, and how to correct the problem. And he's a wonderful guy .I would consider him for the job anytime and every time. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly. They were absolutely meticulous, and their report was incredibly detailed and easy to navigate, very high definition pictures; not to mention the sewer scope video and pictures of that being very well organized!

I’d give 50 stars if I could. Gary is professional and friendly. This was not my first inspection report but is by far the best and most thorough. Everything is organized and easy to read, along with pictures. We received our inspection report very quickly. Every area of concern that I had was inspected plus much, much more. I feel very confident in the results of the inspection, Gary’s honesty about current issues and possible future issues, and the advice we received on how to remedy those issues. Pest inspection was fantastic, too. Pointed out any issues and inspected all areas that qualified

Gary did a whole home inspection recently on a property I am purchasing. I must say that I am thoroughly impressed. He was very meticulous throughout the entire process, making sure to cover all of the required items for the inspection, while also helping me identify things outside the scope of the inspection that I may be interested in addressing after the purchase of the home. His report is highly detailed, with hi-res photos of everything good and bad that he observed. His level of professionalism, and integrity exceeded my expectations, all while being very personable throughout the process
