I can never get parking because of non-residents, the gates all around the building are broken so anyone can get into the building. Parties every night make it loud and dirty everywhere. The apartment unit itself is nice even though maintenance refuses to fix the huge crack in our ceiling that is a huge hazard. Only upside is that it is close to my school. Will not be renewing.

It looks nice, but that's about it. You can't go lay by the pool because all the chairs are broken and there is broken glass all over the pool area. Also, about once a week the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night and no one cares to do anything about it. If you call for maintenance you'll be waiting a month to get anything fixed.

Perfectly okay apartment block for University students. Nice gym and pool plus there are study rooms. Gets a bit rowdy but no different than any on- campus dormitory. The complaints about it being dirty or cockroach infested has more to do with the cleanliness level of the residents then management.

Don’t waste your time here! Marcus the property manager was clearly unlicensed and even more unprofessional. He should not be in control of leasing at Upark. So many Pros to living at university park, it’s a shame to see all those pros be out weighed by such a pathetic property manager. University Park, out of respect to the student living and paying at Upark please remove Marcus from your team. He’s a liar, unprofessional and makes things up according to pay. He will get every nickel and dime out of you. Thank your Marcus for ruining my what would of been amazing experience at University

We signed lease for a 4th floor interior unit. Upon arrival, they switched us to a first floor end unit. Place is filthy and stinks from tobacco. It is a furnished unit. Problem is that the furniture is falling apart. Broken shelves. Scratched floors. Dirty toilet. Nothing close to what the model looked like. False advertising. Avoid this place. UPDATE: 4 days later and no response from management to fix problems such as the door wall that will not lock and blinds that do not work. There are cockroaches and ants. Management has failed to respond in any manner to service requests.

If i could give 0 stars, I would. i never leave reviews but i feel as though i need to so other people don't make the mistake i did. first off, there is no way the tiny room i had is worth almost $1000 a month, its a rip off. we also experienced mold growth out of our AC vents and it was never addressed, they simply didn’t care even when my roommate had to have her bedroom completely fumigated because of mold months prior. its unacceptable. also, this place is always loud and dirty. the office doesn’t care or address anything either. the gates are almost always broken so literally anyone can

My friend lives here and she is absolutely miserable. Please take heed of the reviews here, this place is trash. They won’t let her out of her lease, their apartments flood and when you mention it to them they try to blame the residents instead of fixing the issue. For the price you pay to live here, you can find an apartment building with way better amenities and less drama.

I lived here my senior year of college and it was just ok. Not the worst and not the most amazing. I would give it a 5 star if I didn’t have several problems with this place. And it’s not my own apartment bedroom or the gym or the pool or the staff that was the problem. It’s other things. One of them being this place is built next to a railroad and you hear a train go by every couple of hours, which gets really annoying especially when you’re trying to sleep. DO NOT live here. It is not worth $1000 a month you could easily find that somewhere else in boca or something even cheaper. The pictures online are not what they make it out to be it’s not nearly as nice or clean. People constantly partying & pulling the fire alarms at 3 am just because so if u have a job defiantly don’t live here. they don’t care about u or your well being or any property that belongs to u, just ur monthly rent check.

Had bad views of this complex in the beginning but after living here myself in the D building it's honestly improving. The main issue is the residents at the end of the day. The leasing agent Cory was incredibly helpful in finding me a lease and helping me sublease my place before a trip I have this summer. The steady improvement of the facility is noticeable. The price is still pretty high for a four bedroom apartment even considering the private bathrooms and furnishing. Was definitely a positive experience while I was here. (They also completely stopped people pulling the fire alarm)

To be honest, I really like this place, the apartment is in perfect conditions and so far I havent got any issues besides that the gate doesnt work always. But so far I had good experience, I guess it just depends on what you make out of it. Staff has been really nice, maybe is a bit overpriced but you get what you pay for. Plus you have to keep in mind, it is a student living out off campus housing so there is always something going on
