We provide certified ANSI home measurement service as an add-on service to our real estate photography packages. As Home inspectors we can alert the home owner to potential repair request issues without a report and without closing nightmares over small issues. There will be a minimum of 30 usable MLS pictures for any home under 2000 square feet and a minimum of 45 for any home between 2000 - 4000 Square feet.
The Most critical part of the process; we insure that load bearing walls are centered on footers, Mechanicals are properly installed. We can address with the builder before they are hidden by drywall and sheathing. We schedule a final inspection the week before closing to make sure any previous issues were correctly addressed.
We partner with Award Pest Control & Black Diamond for termite inspections and offer free inspection with WDI report when you purchase a radon or mold test. If for any reason you need a second Inspection on a Home in the same Calendar year you will receive a 20% Discount on the second Inspection. Realtors this reduced the hassle of asking for the seller to pay for a termite inspection and adding a step to the VA loan process.
