Ryan was quick to get in contact to begin the process. When the day for inspection came around he was on time, friendly, and extremely thorough. We've used his service twice this year with excellent experiences on both occasions. I'm not likely to buy another house any time soon, but if I did I would seek his service. We couldn’t have ask for a better home inspector! Ryan was quick to get in touch with us, set up a time, and keep in constant communication with us. River City Home inspection did a great job inspecting the home we are purchasing. He was very thorough and took his time for the inspection. When considering a home inspector, I think it’s better to take a longer time for the inspection as opposed to a quick run though.
