I've been with M&M Properties for over one year and feel so fortunate to be a part of such a great company. Mike and Marie pour all their time and effort into this company, caring for properties as though they were their own. Cindy in the front office is always reliable & she is very informed and up-to-date on all regulations through federal fair housing. Brad is one of the most meticulous and thorough people I know, he is a great asset to this team. After my Mother moved into an assisted living center, I worried about managing her home as a rental all by myself. I was afraid of the legal, financial and maintenance. I decided to look for a management company and found Marie! She has been invaluable in managing my mothers home as a rental property! I came back here just to say how honestly pleased we are with this property management.
The move out process was fast and easy, as well as receiving deposits and such back.
I am so happy this was our first renting experience with a house.
We have rented through m&m properties this last year and they have been fantastic! Cindy and Marie are always on top of things especially communication. I definitely would recommend them!!

We have been living in a rental property owned by M&M Properties for about a month now and we love it. We have run into a few hiccups with the property, but it hasn't been anything that has made us regret our decision. On the contrary, it has made us appreciate M&M even more.
