Wasatch Front Property Management
A large and growing number of property investors and tenants in Utah rely on Wasatch Front Property Management. Serving northern Utah with an emphasis on Salt Lake City and Salt Lake County, Wasatch Front Property Management has over 40 years experience in real estate services. The Wasatch Front is one of the fastest growing areas in the United States and the demand for rental properties has never been greater.

The lack of affordable properties is squeezing people out of the single family home market and there has been a dramatic increase in rents over the past few years. In fact, according to the Deseret News, the lowest vacancy rate throughout the country - 0.39 percent - has been in northeastern Salt Lake County.
Services
Wasatch Front Property Management represents owners of rental properties throughout the Wasatch front. Our properties include; single family homes whose owners deferred to sell them, multi-unit dwellings of real estate investors, and large and small Homeowners Associations (HOA). We started as a group of investment property owners who were tired of inactive, passive and negligent property management.
Wasatch Front Property Management specializes in the day-to-day responsibilities of managing your investment property. With no obligation, we will do a comprehensive evaluation of your property. Our report to you includes but will not be limited to a physical condition inspection, the rents that you are currently charging and surveys from your current tenants.
Step 3 - The application fee is $30 and it is completely non-refundable. This covers the cost of the credit check and background check. You can pay the application fee by credit card on this web site or you can pay with cashier's check, cash or money order by visiting our office. Step 4 - Fax, email or cause to be delivered to our office the completed residency application(s) for processing.
By joining Wasatch Front Property Management you are getting a complete property management company. We run our business out of a professional office building. Don't be fooled! Some property managers run their business out of their homes. This means that you will most likely get an answering machine when you call them.
Please accept this letter of appreciation for your consistent professionalism and your attention to details relative to my rental property. Before I hired Wasatch Front Property Management I tried three other firms in two years and all of them were a disappointment. I am extremely pleased with the service you have provided me and I look forward to a prosperous and long relationship.

Tiffany Wright is horrible about getting communicating with people including her staff. Vann is useless at best. It was nothing but chaos since they took over the rental property. The utilities they were responsible for would go unpaid. There were shut off notices for water. The gas was shut off and off for several days before being turned back on. After moving out, it took longer than 45 days to get my deposit back. I had to call multiple times and send multiple emails to even get them to send the deposit. Very unprofessional management company.

This management company is not to be trusted and puts its tenants at risk!!!! My daughter rented a home with 2 other girls managed by Wasatch Front Property Management. Another tenant's dog (a husky) bite her puncturing the skin In two places. My daughter sent pictures of the puncture wounds and complained to the owner of the management company (Tiffany Wright) and she has done NOTHING!! We are filing a police report.

Both roommates of the dog owner have had to move out of the home because they feel unsafe. I have asked Tiffany for copies of their rental criteria repeatedly so that we

I own a triplex in Salt Lake City near the university that has been managed by Wasatch Front Property Management since 2012. They are an incredible advocate for me, both on the tenant side and on the repair side. I'm constantly impressed with their service. Communication is key, and while so many companies fail at it, WFPM excels. Any time I have a question they are quick to respond with a clear answer and a plan. They help me to keep the property in good shape, and they find great tenants. Their service providers are priced fairly, and I'm sure that I get more than I pay for here. Doubtless WFPM

My wife and I are property Investors of which Wasatch Front Property Management handles out rental property. We have been working together for about 5 years now and have had nothing but great experiences. Our rental is a bit older and there are naturally problems that occur. WFPM is always very quick to alert me and lay out different options for how we want to handle things. The outcome is always swift, successful and pleasant. Even when some of the hurdles we’ve faced are undesirable.
The team has always found great renters and is always abreast of the market conditions to achieve competitive

Do NOT trust Wasatch properties ESPECIALLY when they say they're going to do something that is NOT written. Have EVERYTHING written down and make them sign it. They don't keep their word and even worse, they change what they say and say it wasn't on paper.

We stayed in a house managed by Wasatch Front for six months. Overall, things were pretty cool. They responded to service requests quickly, handled the payments conveniently, and Tiffany was attentive to our various and sometimes oddball needs.

The only problem I saw was that this property was not move in ready, specifically in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. Should I go into the cleanliness issue in detail? No. The bottom line was I spent 8 hours or so doing my own cleaning, which I did get a rent reduction for.

The maintenance issues were numerous, and some a little dangerous. Here

DO NOT RENT FROM WASATCH FRONT PM!!! I rented a condo (from a different property management company that was far superior in every way) in a building that this company had all of the unsold units (which were more than half) as rentals with their company and were also managing the building/HOA. Well it was more so about collecting the money with them and they were done. Every time there was a problem wether it be noise complaints, issues with residents, break ins, things braking (garage door several times) or anything else they could care less they would give it a half a** effort and claim to do

I own a condo as a rental property. When I transferred it from my primary residence to a rental property, I was a bit hesitant in hiring a management company to take care of things, but after dealing with Wasatch Front (Tiffany specifically) I can't think of a better way to own a rental property! Tiffany is very smart, and an absolute pleasure to do business with. Wasatch Front Property Management is a family owned and operated business and they are incredibly efficient! Rental payments are deposited into my account timely and accurately, tenants are always pleased, and the property is kept

We recently moved into a property managed by Wasatch and were told, prior to lease signing, that the house would be thoroughly cleaned and wired for Comcast before move in. Neither task was executed. We were left with ~3,000 square feet to clean on our own (including moldy trash and leftover belongings from the previous resident) and over $200 in installation fees as the house was only wired for Dish.
Our lease agent's excuse was, "Well... the property owner SAID it would be clean and ready for Comcast." However, we aren't renting from the property owner, we're renting through Wasatch. To me,
