They're ok. Slow to respond usually, only have the original rating because they made it seem like we would be getting a gift card or something if we did several months back. We had and still have issues getting the landlords mail and it makes us uncomfortable having to be responsible and trying to get it too him yet they don't seem to care that much after we expressed several times that we don't want to have to worry about someone else's important mail.

We chose Utah Property Solutions after doing a lot of research on other management companies in the area. We have loved using Utah Property Solutions and were glad that we never regretted it. We chose them to manage a property we had in Utah while we were living in Utah, and they continued to manage it after we moved out of state. They were always professional and so easy to work with. After we moved out of state we decided to sell our rental unit and they worked with us the whole way and made it very easy for us. I Recommended it! 6 years ago I decided to have Utah Property Solutions manage my rentals. I must say it was a great decision. I can relax because I know they take care of my properties as they were their own.
I like to go see my properties when they are vacant and well... they make sure they stay in great condition and they also make sure I get great tenants since I have not had any issues in that topic.

First time we are renting our home out after moving and we were feeling very nervous about it. Utah Property Solutions have been excellent in walking us through the process and making everything as clear and simple as possible! Their prices are very reasonable and they are extremely responsive. We no longer have any concerns about our house with Utah Property Solutions managing it for us!

I was a tenet with Utah Property Solutions for 1 year but during that time, I found them to be very professional and they responded to any concerns or issues I had during that time. During the move out phase, they were very helpful and flexible with the unique situation that triggered the move and I couldn't be more grateful for the way they handled my moving needs. Highly recommend, 5 stars!

Don’t understand the high reviews. Overall, they were friendly but didn’t have a sense of urgency in anything. Seems like they only care about the Tenants and are very lazy when dealing with owners. I had them for the term of one lease and was constantly underwhelmed. I ended up doing so much to keep my costs low and when my property was up for new tenants; they took almost a month to get it listed, nickel and diming me the whole time. After I moved to a new property manager, they succinctly filled my property with great tenants. I would strongly recommend staying away from them. Maybe they

We recently listed our condo with Utah Property solution and had very positive experience. Received call back from Jason the same day we applied online. Onboarding process was fast and smooth. Received immediate help with last minute maintenance. My personal impression is that they know what they are doing, and sincerely care about providing great and transparent service to both owners and tenants.

If you are looking for a property management company, you really don’t have to look further or I should say you’d just be wasting your time. In my search, I called Utah Property Solutions as the first place to start just because their website seemed very thorough, professional, and organized. From the initial phone call, customer service was excellent and had courteous reception. I honestly felt sold because of the amount of time spent with me and the friendliness of the initial contact.
