Totally Kids Rehabilitation Hospital provides acute care for infants, children, adolescents and young adults from newborn to 21 years of age who are recovering from injury, surgery or serious illness and have the potential for recovery and return to home.

Offered on both an inpatient and outpatient basis, care is provided in an organized and systematic process that is designed to ensure the delivery of safe, effective and timely care in an atmosphere that promotes respect and caring for the patient and family. We care for children requiring rehabilitation from neurological and pulmonary issues and we shorten the time required from admission to discharge.
Totally Kids' subacute hospital offers respite, long-term care and rehabilitation programs for children and young adults, from newborns to age 21. Most of our patients are children who have experienced catastrophic illnesses or injuries. Our staff is highly experienced in caring for these kids, combining expert clinical skills with boundless compassion.

My son Rikki has been at totally kids for 5 years of his life he was just discharged thursday. The staff at totally kids has become a second family to Rikki and i. The facility has great faculty and it gives you a piece of mind when you leave your child at night you can rest knowing they are being loved and cared for..

THEY NEVER pick up the phone when I need an update of my baby, always call multiple times & wait long minutes. THEY need people to give updates when they can if they won’t pick up the phone when one wants one.

Do not send you kids here regardless of what the hospital informs you of the facility, please for the life the child this facility can not upkeep and will not upkeep the children and there health. I have reached out for medical documents they decided to charge me a fee. Making it difficult at the time for all my children’s medical records, I will be taking legal action. The facility needs to be held accountable for their nurses thier practices and lack there of,oh this hospital has financial pull over at Loma linda when the children code or certain situations take place where the child has to

If you have baby’s here. Please call often. Show up often. Be your baby’s advocate. Seems a lot people that work here are only here for the pay. No real care for the babies. It’s so cold in there and no blankets on them. It’s so sad to hear them cry so much all the time nobody to cuddle and hug them nor talk. And HARLDY check up on them. :( super sad place to be.

This is a great place I've worked a lot of places during the course of my career and have found this place to be compassionate and caring far more than any other place. They truly treat the children as if they are family. I absolutly love my job here and feel supported and appreciated.

I would give this place a negative star, but that is not an option. I worked there for a few years... At first I was super excited and committed to make that place a rock star in the area of loma linda as it serves a unique population. Everything you read about neglect and poor communication is unfortunately true. The staff is not professional and they are all either family or best friends so you have nowhere to voice your concerns. As a parent, you are better off being trained at the hospital and taking your child home from there.

My son was here for about a year and all the nurses were very helpful and took very good care of him. The social workers are very kind, especially Elaina, she helped plan my son's birthday & memorial service when he passed. I recommend this place. I do think they are very busy with all the kids though.

Such a worst place to leave your baby at! One of the doc's do not care about our rights. Hoping to find another Rehab for my son . Some nurses don't know anything either . It's so unperfessional ! I had a meeting about my son there and nothing has changed !! Horrible commuication!! Having to repeat myself to them is horrible, having to force nurses do there job!! They wanna talk about protocols!! State needs to raid this place asap!! Sad to say they need new employees

The rest of the staff is super friendly and nice and always accomodating.

The facility is kept very clean and always looks spotless.

We are veey picky when it comes to where we take our kid and this place is very welcoming.

First day was not good but after all turn out great for my son. we were in acute section. Now he back playing and happy like he was. Reviews were no help when first coming here. We were scared cause of it. But nurses and staff were loving and kind. There is some good and bad but I'm so thankful and blessed for my son's recovery. We been here 3 weeks.

WARNING SOME OF THESE PEOPLE ARE ACTUALLY SICK AND TWISTED! What a horrible place to leave your family with! The staff denied all the horrible treatments they caused horrific burns and became horribly aggressive and standoffish with no regards to my 6 month old baby's condition allowing the neglect to continually destroy my efforts to let wounds heal and always leaving dirty medical supplies everywhere! They throw away toys and personal items while validating there actions for their own personal reasons like whatever is easier for them! The worse care you can possibly imagine when no one is
