Fetch Canine Rehab was conceived with the goal of providing skilled services to maximize your dog's functional mobility and overall quality of life. Owner and practitioner, Georgia Bottoms has always had a passion for dogs. She's had Ripken, her chocolate lab, since he was 6 weeks old. That passion grew into a dream of providing physical therapy to dogs after watching him receive rehab after his knee injury.
The objective of Fetch is to promote a healthy lifestyle, improve strength, flexibility, balance, proprioception and coordination in order to enhance the patient's quality of life. After a thorough evaluation and assessment of your pet, a personal treatment program is established to optimize your pet's functional mobility.
While out on a hunt, our GSP, Cricket, cut the pad on her front paw. The veterinarian put a few stitches in, but they weren't staying very well. We took her to Georgia at Fetch Canine Rehab and they were amazing! After a few wound care treatments, she was healed and able to hunt again at the end of quail season.

Pepe went directly to Fetch Canine Rehab after his knee surgery He was there for 3 weeks with home time on the weekends . The care and treatment that he received from Georgia and her team was beyond anything that we could do for him ourselves . He is doing incredible now that he is home and we know how to continue his therapy . Thank you Fetch for all that you do and with such compassion .

Y'all don't know how good you have it with Ms. Georgia and her team at Fetch Canine Rehab!! My furbaby, Moses, had his right TPLO surgery done back in 2016 and I didn't think we would be able to complete his rehab because Moses doesn't trust strangers and doesn't tolerate being handled by them (we have to sedate him for literally every vet appointment). Imagine how shocked I was that the Fetch team not only knew how to handle that kind of situation like the experts they are, but quickly had Moses actually getting excited when we arrived for his therapy sessions! I'm not sure how many superlatives we can use about Georgia and her crew at Fetch. When we brought our dog there two weeks after he had surgery for a herniated disk, we were not sure he would ever regain use of his rear legs. Within days she had him up and using the underwater treadmill, plus doing all sorts of exercises and therapies that are helping him recover.
It is more than an hour drive for us each way, but it has been worth going 2-3 times a week. If your dog needs help w/ rehab from surgery or an injury, you can't do better.

Before I knew my French bulldog would require fetch canine rehab, I would watch the employees take the dogs to the restroom while I was waiting at coastal empire veterinary surgery & they were so gentle to the dogs. My frenchie was required to complete a week of therapy here & he really enjoyed himself. The employees have this wonderful energy about them & they treat your pet with such kindness. Highly recommend this facility.

Georgia and her team at Fetch Canine Rehab are incredible. Our dog received PT after suffering from either a stroke or vestibular disease and they went out of their way to get her back on her feet. When we dropped her off, she could barely stand up by herself. After 4 sessions of PT, she was running circles around me. They are truly miracle workers and we cannot day enough good things are their care and compassion. Thank y’all so much!

Amazing of Georgia to get a little more time for us to share with our 12yr old French bulldog mix. Wonderful massage therapy, tens and aquatic therapy were provided. Georgia goes above and beyond. She is kind, compassionate, extremely knowledgeable in her field and professional.
