I found Park Plaza on Apartments.com. I was moving in from Chicago so had to handle most of the conversations and apartment tours - on emails and over calls. Mike Dudley, the community manager is so prompt with his responses and he got me all that I needed to make my decision and final my move. The entire staff is very helpful. This place is right next to Rengstorff park and you can find all amenities within a 1 mile radius. Highly recommend this place!

My experience at Park Plaza has been overwhelmingly positive, the facilities are super clean and well taken care of, the grounds are well maintained, and the units are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I toured a number of places but committed to Park Plaza almost immediately because the manager, Mike Dudley, is super committed to making folks feel at home. On every other tour I was made to feel that the managers just wanted to take my money, whereas with Mike Dudley I was made to feel that he was genuinely trying to find me the perfect unit for my preferences and was doing everything he could

I moved to this beautiful community from Massachusetts a week ago. I came across it on Apartments.com and contacted Mike Dudley, the community manager. He did a wonderful job in finding the best unit for me, who was almost 3000 miles away from Mountain View. He also did a great job in making my move easy and smooth. The apartment is clean and spacious and the price is very competitive compared with other communities nearby.

My husband and I have been living at Park Plaza for over a year, and it has been a very good experience overall. Elisabeth is the best property manager we have had - she is extremely fair with rent negotiations and prompt at taking care of any requests. On site maintenance is super speedy ( talking like minutes after putting in a request ), and they do a thorough and great job . It is a haven for households with two cars as parking is never a problem. The RVs and train noise won't really bother you if you are worried about that.

Park Plaza Apartments is home. The property is well kept, the staff is friendly and prompt with requests ranging from maintenance work to package drop-offs, and of course, Elisabeth, the Manager who creates a home environment that is warm and cozy. She is caring and always willing to go the extra mile. Before COVID, she would plan small holiday events for residents to gather, and it was the greatest thing ever! Lastly, the cherry on top is the proximity to downtown, farmers market, stores, restaurants, and more. If you're looking for a home, this place is it!

Park Plaza Apartments have beautiful views of gardens. Elisabeth Toste is a wonderful manager. She is very caring of all peoples need's. The maintenance help bend over backwards to help in any needs that happen to come up. The property is beautifully maintained. I am happy to live here and intend to do so for some time.

Been living here since January of this year & so far it's a nice place to stay. We love our apartment, Elisabeth & Tim are great managers but the neighbors aren't very nice people. The pool is in the middle of many apartments and town houses on the side and of course if you have people over and they come to swim at the pool they're going to have a ton of fun and make a ton of noise. It was a Saturday afternoon when we had family over by the pool & we played some music that wasn't loud at all. Tim came and asked us to turn it down because neighbors complained about

After moving out of Park Plaza, we live in Hillsdale Garden in San Mateo. We are about to move out so got a pre-move out evaluation. We tried to keep the place as clean as when we lived in Park Plaza but we ended up being charged for cleaning fee and other stuff for Hillsdale Gerden. This makes me want to write an update and recommendation to the Park Plaza again. Park Plaza is the place that evaluates your move-out condition reasonably rather that sees it as an opportunity to get money out of you. We still appreciate that we were able to get the full deposit back from Park Plaza which is a rare

My husband and I have been living here for almost a year now and we love it. The complex is basic in terms of what many other complexes offer in regards to amenities, however, the price is quite affordable. You get a lot of square footage for the price and there is plenty of closet space. The grounds are kept pristine by the maintenance staff. If something ever needs to be fixed it is done right away, oftentimes the same day. Our property manager Elisabeth is wonderful. I have stayed here for 6 years, initially in a 2-bed and then in a 1-bed apartment. The place is very nice and spacious. The community manager - Elisabeth Toste, has always been very helpful and understanding. The service is also very efficient and fast. All repairs are taken care of within 24 hours. Excellent community and the rents are also low as compared to neighborhood.
