The management in this place is far below average. We’d have to request multiple times to fix the boiler (we did not have hot water for months, only warm water). There were issues with practically all the appliances and furniture in the unit (the sink’s tap was loose, the cabinets’ screws were coming off, the door handles were loose, the bathtub’s coating was cheap quality and it would always get stained, we’d get mold, we had termites treated 3 times). Fixing anything meant reaching out to management and then getting no response half the time and then reaching out again and again. The

Cheap apartment with bad furniture and corrupt management.
We stayed at this apartment for 2.5 years.
We had termites treated 3 times.
Hot water would disappear at least 4 times a year and we had to convince management that we don't have hot water. (we've been proposed to shower at less busy times)
Simple things like a common area grill handle were broken for more than a year and were still broken when we moved out.
Our dishwasher wasn't cleaning up the dishes well (leaving residue), after reporting it, we've been told that this is how it is and we should live with it.
