If I could give -10, I would. This company is unreliable, unresponsive, and incompetent. We had high hopes when we hired them, and ended up not renewing their contract.

Partner 1 (Contractor) with no manager experience,
Partner 2 has almost 2 years experience as a Manager, and
One employee in Manager training.
Partner 3 left the company.

Since taking over from the previous property management company, ASPECT has consistently mishandled every payment that we have made. They have refused to respond in writing, and have been evasive over the phone. I would think twice before contracting with ASPECT to do property management for your condo or coop.
