His communication skills, expertise, professionalism, reliability and attention to detail make our Leefair Association properties run smoothly. His availability and willingness to problem solve is excellent. We are extremely satisfied with Jim and his team managing our properties.

The management company tries their best to help but the landscaping Is piss poor. They hire a landscaping company that does not do their job properly and they let the place go to shambles. They Truly sad. I'm sure the owner and the people that work their have a better landscaping then the property they manage. Wish there was a better company then this.

Jim Hollyday is an excellent Property Manager who consistently goes above and beyond trying to improve the quality of life of residents at the Lofts on Lafayette. He is highly professional, responsive, and has guided the residents through numerous complex issues, from legal matters, challenging infrastructure repairs and improvements, and difficult interpersonal conflicts amongst residents. The Homeowners Association Board has an extremely cooperative and positive working working experience with Mr. Hollyday, and it is a pleasure to have him advocate and work on our behalf.

Worst company to deal with. If you have ED as anything to do with your management of your buildings fire the company on the spot and look for a better one. They'll will bankrupt the buildings and doing nothing to fix anything. They're quick to collect fees, but refuse to do anything for anyone in our buildings. (11 Bedford Ave Norwalk) they refuse to work with either the landlord or the tenants when it comes to responding to anything. We're losing homeowners because of this. That is causing everyone to have to pay more on common charges. Do yourself a favor and do anything in your power to keep

Terrible problem having my Kingswood HOA Fees deducted for 10 months after I sold my condo, automatically money deducted each month. I can no longer log in the online account, as it has the new owners are for that unit number who are also paying the HOA. That has been since last September and it is now June. Have made numerous call and emails that I need assistance cancelling it. Just told to go online. The Kingswood Property Manager needs to call me and take me step by step to end this fiasco. Now I expect interest as well as my refund. They have been double billing for the past 10 months

The Property Group is not responsive and does not take responsibility for anything that is actually in the agreement as their responsibility.
The condo complex I live in is currently managed by the property group and they have essentially left the place in disrepair. Almost any other management group would be better. Avoid them at all costs.

Over the years, we have had many varied experiences with The Property Group. At times, we have had consistent property manager for a few years that tended to the property and responded to owner issues within reason. Unfortunately, over the last several years, I have found them to be less than responsive, defensive and at times completely unresponsive.

This property group manages the HOA I live in. They are horrible. They do not return calls and then lie about it. They do not respond to any emails or phone calls. They charge late fees, for dues, even though you can't get onto the website to pay. When you call to get the info to log on, they do not return your calls. Stay far away from this Property group! They couldn't manage if their life depended on it.

They manage my building (The Beachcomber) and my experience with them has been awful. They're unresponsive and unprofessional and they talk down to you every chance they get. They are rude and so quick to say that you are responsible for paying something, even when that's not actually the case. Poor service, unorganized, poor quality service.. overall ... stay away if you want to keep your sanity.

ThePropertyGroup.net does nothing of value for my condo in Norwalk, CT except provide the bully condo board president with a tool for intimidation and harassment built on lies. They actually get paid to destroy our property, hire 3rd party untrained leaf blowers as 'landscapers' and 'arborists' to come weekly just to blow stuff around. Meanwhile, there are plastic bags stuck in the trees, garbage remains or gets weed whacked in, they spray poison and sabotage the grounds and the plantings have been untended so they no longer bloom. When I call to discuss their neglect, they

Pretty unbelievable how they handle customer service. They implemented a towing policy in which we followed the guidelines, however were still towed. Had to continuously reach out to even receive a response, when we did, the responses were short and not helpful, and waited weeks and weeks for it to be "resolved" which resulted in a rude response basically saying nope we're not doing anything to resolve the issue, which after everything was beyond frustrating.

The Property Group has been "managing" our property and they are a total disgrace. The board members end up finding better quotes and meet with contractors. They can't do simple tasks without being asked multiple times. We've needed a lightbulb replaced for over two months and they have not sent anyone to fix it. If we have work on site they wait until the last possible minute to let the unit owners know. I understand they are the cheapest group, but since they don't do anything you are better off spending a little more money and have people who will actually work for you

Do not recommend. Lived in the building for years, it is not the worst, but The Property Group are scammers. There are a ton of hidden fees and they will try to fine you for everything they can. The Super, Robert and his son have a superiority complex and will treat your home like they own it rather than you. I found it rude that rather than giving a notice 24 hours prior, they will just come bang on your door whenever they want. Several times a year they will do bed bugs exterminations at 8am, and you need to remove all your bedding etc. The guest parking is a joke, there are 6 spots and they

I had a fire sprinkler go off in my condo this morning which automatically triggered the fire alarm. Joe, who works for The property group (TPG) was the first one here along with my neighbors. The first floor which is the garage had about 4" of water. When I opened the garage door it was like a damn had burst. In a matter of minutes, literally, Joe had all the right people here: The Serve Crew people along with the plumber. Make a long story short, the only reason they were so expedient was to cover their rear. They knew if they took too long, there would be a "mold issue" which

I own a unit @ the Biltmore. The Property Group is the management company for the building. I had a water leak in my unit. I spoke w/ Jared @ the Property Group and he told me that his company could fix my unit, it was a very small job, a 2x7 piece of sheet rock and a 6ft span of shoe molding needed to be put back. I had a new tenant moving into my unit and needed it to be done quickly. After two weeks of asking for the bill, the Property Group finally sent it over. They charged me $1760 for the job, the bill did not have a date of service, nor did it mention the hours they were in my unit
